the staff, was very kind and nice all the time. the room was clean and super comfortable. I went with a 5 months old baby and the staff helps me with the food, was super nice.

everything good. some facilities were not working dut to corona but are the rule, so ok.

nice large garden with a swimming pool - a lot of space (in the current situation Covid 19 ) quite easy separation

there is a very big communication problem - the staff in the restaurant practically does not speak English - not even basic phrases

This is a super clean place, with one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in while living in Mexico for the last year and a half. They allow pets, too! We rented the King room, which is at the top of the tower overlooking SLP: a stunning view of the city! Beautiful bath tub with built-in jaccuzzi jets to boot! Great room service and the restaurant is good. There is a lot of green grassy areas and a nice pool. There's even a dog park area as well!

The water pressure to the room could be a bit higher, and the location is not what I would call beautiful. But these are minor nitpicks.
