Perfect stay if going to Isla Mujeres

Ferry direct in front of the hotel. 24h reception. Helpful and friendly

Good value for the price

The location was great if you are going to travel to Isla Mujeres or want to be in a less touristy spot - there is a local beach just 10min walk away, nearby restaurants and a small convenience store just across the road. The room was clean, they changed towels and made the bed every day. Jetway ferry is just across the road and Ultramar about 10min walk away. There are also cabs just outside the hotel, as you will need to commute downtown if you want to take any day/trips excursions, because most of the tour operators do not offer pick up from this hotel.

It was quite nosy, considering there was construction work just outside the hotel. Many staff members did not understand or spoke English, so it was quite frustrating sometimes, although I used an online translator to explain what I wanted. everyone was very polite and as helpful as they possibly could.

The hotel has amazing location, in front of ferry to Isla mujeres. We stayed one night in Cancun just to visit the island. They kept safe our luggage until our return:) Room was basic but clean. Friendly staff.

great stay, so close to restaurants and the ferry terminal there’s taxis outside always offering assistance and the staf

the hotel was across the road to the ferry terminal which takes you to isla mujeres and close to the OXXO shops and close to restaurants and the local beach.

a little dated but that’s the only thing to fault

Disappointing

The best thing about this place was easy access to the ferry terminals to Isla Mujeres.

Match box room, moldy smell in the air. Tolerable bed for 1 night only

The hotel was nearby Puerto Juarez. The staff was really nice

That was not in my type. Good for one night before ferry to the Isla Mujeres. Nothing in the area - no restaurants and no beaches

perfect for a short stay upon arrival to Cancun, good location for ferry transfers

Simple yet effective, decent size rooms with toiletries and good aircon/wifi. located out of the main hub of Cancun which was nice, but directly opposite ferry terminals

Exceptional

Location was amazing - never planned to go to isla mujerers but it was just outside. The best 450 pesos I've ever spent would recommend! Also the facilities in the hotel were great! Nice little chill spot upstairs and kind to offer coffee downstairs. The staff were so lovely too!!!!

Very good

We loved the fact that you could help yourself to coffee any time and also fresh drinking water. This was a big bonus for us. We also liked being not far from a blue beach.

Great value for price. Room is small and clean. Good location for use of the ferry to Isla Mujeres and seeing how the locals live. Bonus- when you have them order the taxi for you no need to haggle, you get a fair price.

Superb

The position. It's literally in front of the departures to Isla Mujeres, we could see it from our window. Also, people were very kind and helpful, totally recommend.

I loved the bed, but it was a bit uncomfortable for my girlfriend

Good for one night while waiting for flight

Nice beach nearby, close to ferry. Staff was very professional for a small hotel. The front desk called my room when my taxi arrived.

Room was small and dark. Bathroom door did not shut properly.

Nice budget hotel in good location next to beach. Handy Oxxo opposite and ferry as well

Very handy for centre of Cancun, just 20 mins away. This is a very quiet area, but some of the guests were a tad rowdy-did not affect me, but my friend was kept awake

Location was great and at a reasonable price compared to the alternatives

The workers were very polite and helpful. In the morning you can make tea or coffee downstairs. Hair dryer was available upon request. The hotel is located a few yards across the street from the boats and ferries to take you to see Isla mujeres. There is a ATM close by and an OXXO a few steps away. There is a place to relax and sunbathe on the roof upstairs.

Hot water runs out in about 10 to 15 seconds, so you need to take a quick shower. The internet was very slow in the room but very good and fast in the lobby downstairs.

The hotel is near the ferry terminal. And an OXXO store is just across the street.

Has limited restaurants offer nearby. And the hotel does not have available restaurant.

Good value for money.

Front desk staff were very friendly and went out of their away to help especially Marcos. He was very kind and helpful

Bed mattress was hard. No breakfast included.
