Everything was great, the pool and spa a real treat :)
My room unfortunately i believe was above the bar area and the sound carries very clearly so unable to get to sleep until after 11pm

We only stayed overnight for my husband's birthday. The room was huge, with a fridge, large TV, spotless bathroom with separate shower and lovely towels.
The spa was second to non, with two types of sauna, a plain steam room and a eucalyptus steam room, plus an ice room, huge jacuzzi and pool.
Plenty to choose food and drink wise.
Stunning scenery and kind and helpful staff.

The spa facilities were excellent (included as part of your stay)
The location was excellent
Hard mattresses
Loud guests slamming doors all night
Weddings go on until 1:30am, meaning loud music (though this was less disruptive than the guests)

The spa area
I booked privilege suite with breakfast included got to the property no welcome pack just key cards got to the room and no privilege stuff in the room went to the reception about the fact was nothing in the room that should of been and was given a bag like just got out of prison and made to carry upto room and set up myself the receptionist 4 times told me the wrong time for breakfast which meant I didn’t get breakfast in the morning as had stopped as he gave me one hour later times so when went for breakfast told was finished told the lady the gentleman had told me the wrong time and told it’s in the welcome pack which I was not given plus during the night had phoned down to reception about the tv to which the same gentleman came up pressed one channel and as tried to explain that yes the channel was working but would go off if stood and watched to which he just nodded kept looking at me confused as just backing outta the room as if didn’t want to be there to sort anything out was a pretty disgusting stay to be perfectly honest and have stayed at this property numberous times and had the odd problem once or twice but nothing like this last stay

We had a lovely spacious room with disabled access bathroom. The bed was comfortable . The staff were friendly and helpful. We have stayed before as we got married 👰 there in June 2018. Happy memories.

I asked for the ground floor room with a garden view but instead I got room 110 and it’s a large poster of a garden that was tapped on the window

The spa was lovely, the fact it was included in with the room was great. We paid extra and had the mud room treatment, this was great, was not what we thought it would be, but still great fun. The staff were very friendly and attentive too.
We had a privilege room, we fail to see how it was privilege, as we walked past other rooms whilst they were being cleaned, it looked exactly the same. This really annoyed us as we were there for a special reason, so we booked, what we thought, was a special room, it was just a basic room but charged extra for it. The hotel also wasn't as clean as we would expect, dust and cobwebs in places.

Me and my fiance visited for a night's break on the 21st July. We love the hotel and think the spa facilities are fabulous. We absolutely love the heated jacuzzi pool, sauna and ice rooms and made good use of these during our stay. We felt so relaxed afterwards which is what we went for so were really happy about this!
Our room was also lovely, clean, tidy and spacious and the bed is something else....so comfy 👌 More than suited our needs for our stay!
The breakfast was also great 👍 tasty food and lots of choice
Nothing to dislike during the stay we had.

Despite having a confirmed booking with booking.com including late check in, on arrival at the hotel around midnight the reception was closed. the night clerk could not find the reservation on the hotel system. the guest had to persuade the clerk to give him a room for the night, even showing his confirmed booking. In the morning he could not settle the bill as the reception had no record of the booking. an awful experience, should not be bookable via booking.com if the hotel system does not show the booking.com bookings. Since complained to the hotel asking for a refund, they said I had to go to booking.com, on speaking with booking.com they advised need to speak with hotel for a refund. no response so far

Staff are very friendly and service is excellent. Rooms are comfortable and relatively spacious.
Breakfast is terrible. Building / facade / furniture is dated. Watch out for the parking, if you don't register the plate there's an automated ticketing system.

Service from receptionist - Demi was excellent

the buffet breakfast was not very hot even though it was under the heat lamps. Also the dining room was cold due to the air conditioning therefore the food got cold very quickly.

Ryan was Very helpful
TV didn't work and it states 24 hour room service which is not right. I also nearly broke my ankle on the ramp in the road. The man on the bar didn't know how to make jager bombs, the service at the bar was not good at all and very slow! I am Very disappointed in my stay as I have stayed many times at your accomodation this time was unpleasureable I feel as if I will not use your hotel in the future.

Grounds are lovely staff very helpful breakfast plenty of choice
Aircon is situated right over door where there is a hallway so felt no benefit from it unless u stuck feet of bed . Spa nice but could do with tiles replacing in the jacuzzi part . The bed I was sleeping in was rock solid so didn't have a good night sleep . Where you make toast for breakfast paint and wallpaper hanging off the wall I no it's an old building but could defo do with ABIT of a tlc
