Great choice excellent stay

Not impressed, will not be returning to this hotel.

Good parking. Staff were very helpful and nice couldn’t fault them.

Disturbed by noise throughout the night, breakfast was very poor with lack of tables. View out of window like junk yard, access road filthy due to the building site not mentioned. Cleaning not very thorough.

Very clean and friendly staff with a good breakfast

The hotel was clean and the Reception staff were friendly. Our room was clean and warm. We found the breakfast to be of a good quality and perfect for what we needed. All the staff were very friendly and polite.

Unfortunately the toilet flush in our room 210 was extremely hard to use. Only my husband could flush the loo! We were going to report it on leaving but the young man on Reception was dealing with a customer on the phone when we checked out and so we just handed the key card to him.

Great location.

Great location, rooms were clean, breakfast was really good. Parking very good.

Windows in the room had cold draughts. The staff on the Friday evening were not great and one in particular was un professional. Menu was poor and expensive!

The only reason we stayed there is because it was less than 10 minutes drive to the hospital where we had to check in at

Ghastly location in the middle of a huge building site; toilet that would only flush if you lifted off the cistern cover and pressed down the plunger with your hand (room 235), room lighting control goes off the second you take out the key card - would it be too difficult to build in a delay of a few seconds to let you get out of the room! Lounge was full of commercial drivers effing and blinding!

Excellent stay

Fantastic value for money. Large bedroom spotlessly clean. Hairdryer iron and board all supplied. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff and courteous. Will definitely stay again easy to find close to cruise terminal. Defo recommend

Family time

Located just off the motorway. The ice machine was a good plus for me lol the shower was amazing the room and facilities in the room A1 thank you for a lovely stay

The TV was a big downside for us and that's us trying to think of a downside of our stay

every thing was perfect except the breakfast was cold the baked beans were good but bacon sausage and egg was cold.

breakfast could have been warmer and bacon needed refreshing it looked like what there was left had been there a while.

It was convenient but there was a lack of facilities within walking distance. For the price the facilities were average.

Easy parking for Southampton. Breakfast buffet choices were good. Rooms were clean and tidy.

There was no air conditioning so the room was stuffy. Our room had a air conditioning outlet from downstairs right outside our window which made a terrible noise so had to close the window making the air in the room stuffier. To their credit, when we explained the issue to the reception they didn’t hesitate to accommodated us in another quieter room with fuss.

Worth the money very good bedding

It was clean, bedding great the breakfast was good and the parking was good

The drive up to the hotel isn’t nice it’s next to a derelict site. The room they offered me to begin with had a broken window safety catch which was unacceptable with a 3 year old and the room key that controlled the lights didn’t work. I asked to change rooms to begin with they said no, so I would have to drive home because it wasn’t safe. Then after a 2nd time of asking they changed the room with a lot of huffing and puffing.

Served our purpose and was adequate.

The employees are the BEST!!! Nice nice people. Happy and work well together. Breakfast was the same thing everyday for a week. Dinner food was good. Our room was quiet. View of fence with plastic bags under our window. No place to put our clothes so we lived out of our suitcases for a week. I would only stay at this place because the employees were exceptionally nice and helpfull.

Really enjoyed our stay apart from the road network

the rooms are good, breakfast room good,comfy bed,

the real bad thing about this hotel is location off the motorway, coming back from Southampton the roads era really busy.
