Πολύ δυσαρεστημένοι και εμείς και οι φίλοι μας.Ποτε ξανά στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο.Δεν το συνιστούμε !

Οι παροχές το δωμάτιο καθαρίστηκε κατά την παραμονή μας μόνο δυο φορές.Τα σεντόνια δεν αλλαχτήκαν καθόλου.Η τηλεόραση δεν δούλευε.Το ψυγείο δεν δούλευε.Το πάτωμα μοκέτα ήταν άθλιο και καθόλου καθαρό.Αν και εχομε μείνει και άλλες φορές στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό αυτή την φορά ήταν άθλιο.Δεν θα το συνιστούσαμε σε άλλους ανθρώπους να μείνουν.Εκτος από την τοποθεσία οι παροχές είναι για ξενοδοχείο δυο αστέρων.Η τιμή είναι πολύ υψηλή σε σχέση με αυτα που προσφέρουν.

A great place to stay on a trip for central London

Very convenient, definitely enjoyed it!

The location is really central very convenient for a short stay. Bathrooms are clean and renovated. The lounge is a very good option to enjoy being in the Hotel but not in the room.

Rooms are very small and tight yet the bed is comfortable and bathroom is renovated. I would sure want to stay in this hotel so many other times but not sure I can do longer stays because the room is really small.

Ideal central location for a short visit to London.

Great location in central London. Plenty of choice for places to eat and tube station directly across the road.

The only thing I can fault is we were not advised where breakfast was served in the morning so had to go to reception and then back up in the lift.

Lovely cosy hotel in the heart of London

The location is phenomenal, and the hotel is based in a beautiful old London building, which gives it a real cosy feel. Lovely downstairs bar and restaurant upstairs. Lovely clean bathroom and nice and quiet AC.

The building is quite old so there are some signs of this - scratched tables, mirrors in the lift etc. The lifts are tiny...

Excellent Location, Poor Facilities and Management

The Location is Excellent

-There is no Porter to manage the bags and no strollers, we are big family and we had to carry 12 bags to our rooms. -One day i went out 8AM and came back to my room 3PM and my room wasn’t cleaned and when i called they stated the room doesn’t have to be cleaned everyday! And the housekeepers shift ends at 5PM so they might clean the room! -There is only 2 very small Elevators and one of them has been under maintenance until we checked out.

Excellent position, Hotel of a very high standard, breakfast was amazing, could of stopped in there

The bathroom was a little on the small side where the toilet was positioned. If you were left-handed even more of a problem. Outside construction (can't be helped, net curtains may have helped for privacy, unless windows are one way?)

Good location for the Palladium theatre,but probably wouldn’t stay again .

It was in a great central location ,good size room with very comfortable bed.

Bathrooms very small but that can’t really be helped ,it’s quite an old hotel. I requested 2 twin rooms and at least one of them to have a walk in shower,on arrival we were given 1 twin & one kingsize bed, that wasn’t too much of a problem,I slept in that with my sister,neither room had a shower,both a bath with a shower over which my mum couldn’t use ,so not really worth requesting things ,I booked 3 months before.

Convenient location but lacked a fridge!

The hotel is very close to Bond St station which has a lift direct from the Elizabeth line, so very convenient for travelling to/from the airport. It is near the best shops in Oxford St and the buses that take you through the city to the theatre. It was clean and had a lift.

The fridge in the room was not able to be turned on, and when I asked they told me it was supposed to be at ambient temperature which made no sense. It was warmer than the room itself. The bed was a little saggy, and the room looked out over a construction site.

Overall disappointing experience

The location was very convenient and the breakfast was good

WE WERE CHARGED TWICE AND STAFF ACTED AS IF WE ARE STUPID! When we arrived they asked us to put our cards Through as a pre-authorisation but that we wouldn’t get charged and that payment would go through on check out. At check out they asked us to put our card through again and charged us again, in total the amount was taken twice from Our cards meaning we ended up paying around 1.400£ for 2 rooms for 1 night. When we explained to the lady at the front desk named CHAMBERN or CHAMBERS she said that the money is there but we just don’t see it. As we travel a lot and this was the first time that this is happening we weren’t convinced and asked her to explain, her explanation was that we don’t understand and she insisted in a rude manner that it was us that didn’t understand and that the money is there. We asked her for some proof and she just gave us a paper that said billed on all amounts confirming what we were supporting but even then she still insisted that we listen to her and that it is the problem of our bank and this is what usually happens and that then money is returned within 5 days, as we had another plane to Catch to continue our holidays we had to leave as time was running out and we almost missed our flight. We left unconvinced, unsatisfied and really stressed because we didn’t have the amount of money we were counting on for the remaining of our trip. The following days of course the money was not returned Into our account and being in the I States we had to work out where our money was. We Called the central office of the hotel and the person who spoke to us could see that we were charged twice and he released our money as we spoke only by pressing a button! This is was a Very stressful situation for us and also we felt that we were not respected nor listened to by the specific staff member.

Comfortable, well-presented, great location.

A very well-presented hotel in a fantastic location. Extremely well connected and very easy to get to from Heathrow. Comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom, and lots of storage.

There was a broken sensor in the wardrobe which meant the light couldn't be turned off and the door frame glowed all through the night. Things break in hotels - it's not a big deal - but it was just a bit strange the maintenance team couldn't fix it.

Good for Business stays

Location is perfect if you want to be around marble arch. Night manager did an amazing thing for me - they put me wrongly in a room with twin beds because there were no more like the single queen bed I booked. He moved me into a single premium king room which allowed me to sleep well and not have a horrible night.

The sinks in the bathrooms are really weirdly (not well) designed so you can't actually wash your hands with the water on. Interior design is mid 90s business hotel. Sheets are definitely super low thread count. This is a place to stay if you are on business or only in room to sleep.

A London experience.

Breakfast was very nice and staff were friendly and attentive. The location was ideally located to Oxford Street shops and cafes.

It would have been nice to have laundry facility on site and an ironing board in the room.

Die lage

Da eine Baustelle gegenüber ist, ist es ab 8:00 extrem laut! Die Fenster sind zusätzlich noch mega undicht und es kommt viel kälte rein. Das Doppelbett ist auch sehr klein und hart. Unter dem Bett war es total dreckig. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt daher überhaupt nicht.

You pay for location

Excellent location and that is where it ends.

The walls have been repainted but everything else is old and dated. Musty rooms, carpet is dated and not clearn. For a 5 star hotel this really disappointed. At 400$/night all you pay for is the location. Don't expect 5 stars here, more like a nice 3 star hotel. We had a room facing the main street, and while the double windows helped lessen the noise, it was still noisy. I asked if we could have another room, and I was told I would miss the 'gorgeous' views -we had a nice view of the Boots neon sign :) So ask for a side street room if you are a light sleeper.

Overall great location but the rooms need a bit of renovation.

Room and bed was way too small. "Double" bed was around 140cm width only and very small. No coat hanger in bedroom and very limited space.
