La vue de la Marne
Établissement bruyant ! On entend les voitures depuis le périphérique. Mal insonorisé..

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and a friendly team. The room is clean and the bathroom is located in an area somewhat far from the center of Paris. It is not suitable for people who depend on public transportation, but everything is ok and the value for money is amazing. I recommend renting a car for easy transportation to tourist places

Dear management of the hotel!! it is really the time to do renovation! You always have clients=money, the location is amazing really, breakfast, the stuff is nice but the hotel rooms properties are already an extremely old (curtains, windows even, that makes the room cold and lots of other things) Please pay attention to this

Staff were Welcoming and supportive. We received a gift pack for our son.
Also a private parking onsite was a big plus.
The hotel was little bit far to the city center, 50 minutes drive.

Great hospitality… loved it☺️☺️☺️

The location is rather charming on the river bank. The fact it is close to the motorway is not much of an inconvenience as sound proofing is rather good. It was convenient for what we wanted to do in the area. The nearest RER station is 10min walk away. Louis at the reception was quite helpful, the others did not really care about the feedback. The breakfast buffet offers a wide choice and good quality product.
The very strong and not recent smell of cigarette smoke in the first room we were allocated and sometimes in corridors. The worn-out and stained carpet. The air conditioning not working. The tired state of the room including cracked sink in our bathroom. The cleaning lady leaving my pyjama on the floor after having done the room.

I liked that it was cheap and located in a quiet neighbourhood.
The train station is fairly close so you can reach the city centre, but it takes 30 minutes.
There are plenty of bakeries, general stores and restaurants around.
The staff knows English an is helpfull.
The room was clean and comfortable.
There is a bar and a restaurant for breakfast, they supposedly serve pizza in the evening but it appeared not to be working...

The man who checked us in was really friendly and helpful. He also spoke excellent English which made it easier. The parking was also excellent and there are a couple of EV chargers too which made it really handy. Well worth the £10 per night fee.
I'd read reviews about dirty floors, cracked sinks and uncomfortable beds. They were all true. The dirty floor I could cope with by keeping shoes/socks on. The cracked sink I could also cope with. The very weak leaking shower I could manage with. It states there is aircon. There is not. We had to open the window to cool the room down. I wouldn't like to stay in summer when there isn't a cool breeze outside as it would be unbearably hot. Now. The mattress. Absolutely appalling. I'm an average sized person but I felt every single spring. The mattress felt very worn out. It was very thin and provided no support whatsoever. I have never had such awful sleep in any hotel ever. Also, you only get one pillow per person. I always take my own pillows as I struggle with hotel pillows so on this occasion I was very glad as the provided pillows were tiny and not supportive enough either. I've never been so glad to leave a hotel as I was this one!

There was an elevator, the bathtup was clean and not moldy, the bed was fairely comfortable.
The carpet in the room is very old; stained and smelly. There was no hair dryer available, no refrigerator and no complimentary water provided and a 1 liter bottle of water costed almost 5 euros! The window was very moldy and the lights in the room are very dim. The bathroom was smelly, sometimes smelt of urine - not sure if this was coming from the drainage or the toilet itself. There was no "do not disturb" sign provided and the cleaners kept barging into the room, without waiting for me to respond at the door. They barged in multiple times on the same day as well, including once when I was asleep and once when I was on the toilet. They were also very loud.

The location overlooking the Marne
The rooms are too small
Not too clean
There are no services around, you have to walk a lot to reach a bus station or a supermarket

modern clean room.
When I arrived late on the first night I showed the reception man a picture of campanile Nogent-sur-Marne he said it was not the hotel and he did not know where it was. I asked if he had a room for 3 nights, he said No, just 2 nights. He did not seem interested and was not helpful. I left and booked on booking.com. It was the campanile Nogent-sur-Marne and I booked for 3 nights. Not very helpful man/ staff member. Every one else was very helpful and friendly.
