Much Needed Break.

This is a great hotel to stay in me and my partner stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. Staff are so nice and can't do enough for you to make your stay great. Facilities are great also and the steam room and jacuzzi is great way to unwind after you've had a busy day taking in the sights Aberdeen has to offer. Food is also delicious so not much more you could ask for here.

Great location hotel nice great food staff could’ve been more help would’ve made our stay fantastic

The restaurant food and staff were amazing

House staff very unhelpful and rude checkout 11am I have disabled husband and takes longer to do things so get up and dressed have breakfast then check out we were a little late we received call to room and then knock on door to vacate room I also had 2 trips to car with luggage. No help from anyone and our room was so far from the elevator was bad enough we don’t get away very often so very disappointed

Tired room and pricey for what you get.

Location ideal for me

Room a little shabby. Hairdryer not working. Service charge for room service for dole female traveller. Room a little noisy (and I don’t have best hearing!). Now paying for parking.

Good but sleep quality bad

Lovely hotel clean rooms with iron, tea and coffee etc.

Disappointed only 4 milks meant no tea in morning Unfortunately very disturbed sleep due to fire alarm going off just after 4am. I understand not hotels fault but unable to get back to sleep after it. So resulted in being very tired next day. Was desperate for cup of tea but with everything going on didn’t like to ask for milk.

The yardstick others should be judged by...

Bolt standard double room. Smart, clean and tidy. Almost the perfect yardstick to judge everyone else. ..

There was a little confusion when we arrived as I had booked two rooms. One was for a friend. My friend arrived at the hotel first. The receptionist told me that we hadn't ordered breakfast, which entailed buying vouchers. I purchased vouchers only to find that my friend had done the same. The money was recredited to my card without fuss.

Lovely welcome and great food!

I've only stayed in the hotel a few times, but it was lovely to come into reception and the person checking me in remembered me. After a long drive it was such a nice welcome. The hotel is a great location for where I needed to be, plenty of parking and my room on the ground floor (executive) was clean, comfortable and spacious. The food in the restaurant was brilliant and the service was fantastic. I was so delighted with my stay.

Relaxing short break

Easy to get to. Near a bus stop with frequent service into Union Square. We ate in twice and enjoyed good meals and service. Room was quiet and we slept well.

The numbers in the pool area were limited (understandably due to size). We had to come back later on one occasion. Steam room was closed on one occasion.

Room and all communal areas very clean. Lovely staff, very helpful. Lovely meal in the restaurant. Excellent breakfast.

Great hotel and friendly staff.

The reception staff were really friendly and welcoming on arrival and the staff in the restaurant couldn't do enough for us. Great hotel to stay in and really enjoyed our stay.

The swimming pool was gritty underfoot that has to be the only negative thing I have to say about my whole stay.

Superb

I like the size of the rooms and the buffet breakfast.

The only bad thing I'd need to say is that every visit to the pool there was baby and toddler classes on which meant the pool was quite restricted.

Superb hotel with really good staff and facilities

Superb hotel with motivated attentive friendly staff. Excellent facilities. Excellent food. Talked to one of the maintenance staff on way to breakfast. He seemed really happy to be at work. Spa facilities really well looked after too. Can't fault the place at all. Recommend.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Room was really nice and breakfast was really good also

No towels at the spa. Once we got down was told we needed to use towels from the room and couldnt get other 1s so had to use damp towels to get dried in the morning after a shower

Wonderful breakfast and a big room (free room upgrade for our anniversary, which was much appreciated).

Reception member of staff when we initially went to check in wasn’t particularly pleasant. One of the jacuzzi’s was broken and it was very busy. So, people were literally queuing to get in. Far too many children who were extremely loud and ‘bombing’ in the pool. Therefore, a much needed relaxing time wasn’t had.

Well worth the money.

The room was a very good size. Clean and smelling fresh. The shower was fantastic. Very powerful which isn't always the case in some hotels.

The only thing I could fault was the jacuzzi being out of order and one little pet hate of mine. It's brilliant getting the coffee machine in the rooms, however you're only ever supplied with a very small number of pods. It would be really nice to be provided with say 2 per guest. That's just a pet hate about pretty much all hotels though.

All good except the restaurant didn't tell us to book a table when I asked when checking in and we couldn't get dinner.
