The hotel was very well situated, the room good, the walk-in shower excellent and the general facilities were comfortable.

The breakfast was not quite to our liking. The bacon was fatty and scrambled egg more like a large omelette but the service was very good

Made welcome by staff. Room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable and very good shower in en-suite. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Would certainly look to use again.

The Arcasaid Hotel B &B in Pitlorchy blew my mind away, what a place, from the outside it did not look good! However, on entering front door the room was large, great beds, shower. Young lady on reception Lara, helped me carry our luggage in to the room! Breakfast was one of the best on our trip in Ireland & Scotland, gave us great directions to a great restaurant in Pitlochry, The Bridge was fantastic!

Wasn't initially impressed by the outside, but inside was clean and presentable with comfortable,relaxing lounge areas. Our "small double' was perfectly fine for two large adults. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous , well cooked and tasty, with excellent service.

The initial view of the front of the hotel from the road doesn't do the hotel justice. It is lovely inside. No meals served in the evening; which was a disappointment as it was why we booked a hotel rather than a B&B... hopefully it is just a temporary glitch.

Breakfast was lovely and staff all very helpful especially the owner she made us feel very welcome.

Excellent breakfast. Great choices of hot dishes to choose from. Rooms were very comfortable with excellent shower en suite. Plenty of parking space in hotel grounds. Owners of hotel very friendly and helpful. Had an enjoyable stay.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The breakfast was fresh and cooked to order. There was also flexibility with ordering from the menu. For example, my wife requested poached eggs and toast which wasn't on the menu but was accommodated no problem.

We felt that breakfast finishing at 9.30 and checkout being 10.30 were just a bit too early, however this wouldn't stop us coming back.

Hot water took too long to run from shower; and still wasn’t hot enough. Breakfast was average. Rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade/revamp. Other than that it was a pleasant stay!

Karen made us so welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. She even made me a slappy over piece in roast beef and ham in plain breed when I wanted a snack later on the evening when most places would be closing for food. My god those pieces were absolutely brilliant ! Thank you Karen You and all the staff went out of their way to make us feel so welcome, your hotel is best we’ve stayed in for comfort, feeling welcome and you honestly couldn’t do enough for us. Oh I should say, the hotel was lovely and warm day and night, as I have found lots of hotels now are cutting back on the heating, well this one certainly never it was nice n toasty wherever you sat Look forward to returning soon

Lovely staff, nice spacious room which was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a good menu selection. Great location too. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
