the hosts make this place very enjoyable and worth the stay.

it is in a great location to reach by bus. there is parking too so you can bring a car. the outdoor balcony has an awning.

the beds and couch were not the most comfortable. The bedding does have a fragrance in case you have a sensitivity.

We had a great week at Florimontane

The friendliest hosts we have met in a long time, at a super location (close to the paragliding landing zone, the lake, the view etc.), nice apartment, good breakfast, convenient parking (even for our boat on its trailer) etc. etc. etc! Great!

That would be silly nitpicking.

A friendly hotel in a great location

The staff were welcoming and the lodgings clean and comfortable.

Noisy neighbours and the sounds from the stairwell woke me as I was in a pull-out bed by the door. Not the end of the world though.

Comfy, clean, we'd be happy to return.

The apartment was a great size. It was very clean, it had everything we needed. The service was very friendly and everyone was helpful. We hired an electric bike for a ride around the lake and that was great. Oh, and this may seem silly, but there a power socket at each side of the bed. You wouldn't believe how often that doesn't happen in hotels!

The towels felt a bit old, but that's stretching for anything negative. You do need a car or bike to get to anywhere I think, as well.

Excellent for paragliders

A great apartment, spotlessly clean. The owners Nadine and Antoine are very friendly and helpful. Antoine is a master paragliding instructor who provided priceless information and advice. Paragliding schools and Perroix landing are a short 15 minutes walk. For 10 euros, the breakfast was somptuous; coffee, croissant, omelettes, cheeses, fresh fruit, baguette and other local specialties served by Anthony with a smile.

Exceptional

Lovely place very close to Talloires. Nadine and Antoine are extremely hospitable and genuine hosts. I've stayed in a variety of different places, often cycling in the French Alps and this was the best suited experience. There was a bike room to leave the bikes, the rooms are well maintained and comfortable, very nice breakfast, and a happy, friendly ambiance, which large comes from the owners. I'm Australian, living in Switzerland.

Really pleasant stay, already our 2nd time at Residence Florimontane

Really pleasant stay, facilities are great, cosy, with fantastic view of mountains and lake, and perfectly located between Annecy and nearby ski resorts. The nearby village Menthos St Bernard is really picturesque, with local bakery, shops etc. Most importantly, the owners, Nadine and Antoine, are one of kindest people i've met, really helpful, attending and ensuring guests experience is always up to highest standard.
