Excellent view, and lovely staff

Breakfast was delicious, however I didn't like that it wasn't explained that I could have more food items on my full English. So I was restricted to 1 sausage and bacon until I realised that I could have more. The view was great, I had a nice view of the water. It was lovely waking up to The room was nice however, it wasn't as clean as what I would have wanted. There were nails left on the bath tub when we arrived. The staff resolved it quickly

The room was ok and very clean .Breakfast had a good menu.The room did not have a very good out look. but very pleased overall.

Hit and miss. A lot of money for mediocre experience

Location. Smart, clean and well presented throughout

The spa facilities were disappointing. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and the salt room was stale smelling. The sea view suite was a perculiar layout, I prefer open plan for a suite. Not self contained bedroom and separate lounge. Staff were complaining about colleagues lack of experience and poor quality food coming out of the kitchen

Gorgeous hotel in beautiful location.

Lovely large sea-view room with very large comfortable bed. Very peaceful. Gorgeous location overlooking River Conway and with views of Conwy Castle in the distance. Lovely swimming pool and Spa.

Dinner in the Cove Bar not quite to the high standards of the Ebb and Flow Restaurant. The restricted hours for hotel guests using the swimming pool a bit inconvenient unless prepared to pay £25 each for flexible times.

Very nice stay. Enjoyable and relaxing.

The room was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly especially in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Very relaxing stay.

Only very minor. Asked for a room with a view because it was a special stay. Didn't do this but offered upgrade at a cost. Left a card in our room. Nice touch but a bit pointless.

Relaxing weekend

Lovely hotel and spa service and staff was exceptional, the executive room had beautiful views and was very spacious, a very relaxing weekend, found the cove bar more relaxing than the restaurant tbh so chose evening meals in here, food was outstanding from presentation to flavour, would definitely stay here again

Birthday weekend away for my partner.

We liked the room. We liked the food. The staff were attentive.

We didn't like having to wait for our room even after booking an arrival time . We didn't like the presentation of the restaurant food on the first night consider that the hotel was promoting the food. We waited 30mins for coffee and when it arrived it was cold. We did complain and it was removed from the bill..

Fabulous Hotel mini break

Everything was excellent and exceeded expectations. The staff were very efficient and friendly. All facilities spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant and bar was of a very high quality.

Beautiful stay in Degaway.

Beautiful location, views were stunning. Able to walk from Degaway to Llandudno across the beach. Lots of places to eat across to Conway castle also. Room was beautiful, breakfast amazing, bar and reception staff fantastic. So helpful and accommodating.

Nothing really. Even with the spa being refurbished it didn’t change my opinion. It was wonderful.

Lovely hotel and room, friendly staff and a very pleasant bar and restaurant

Spa facilities ok but jacuzzi was set up to work intervals which was very annoying as you had to wait for ages to get any bobbles and then it would quickly switch off again

Fab location, nice hotel with lovely staff, just needs some minor improvements

Amazing location with a wonderful view out over the water

Nice bedroom but some slight tweaks needed to make it 100%, wasn’t completely clean in areas.

Excellent short break holiday. Very enjoyable.

Reception were very welcoming & efficient on arrival. Room & bathroom were big, clean & well equipped. TV, tea & coffee making facilities. Toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was really appetizing & enjoyable. Views from the restaurant & car park area's are superb.

Adjustment of the shower water temperature was very awkward & fiddly.

Lovely hotel

The room was great, really big and comfortable and a nice big, bed. The breakfast quality was really good, with hot food made to order. Beautiful location on the water with nice terrace for the early evening.

I didn't like having to book a time for breakfast. I understand the need for the restaurant but as a customer (and with the amount you pay to stay at the hotel...) to not have flexibility and have to think in advance for 3 mornings doesn't work for me and may stop me choosing to stay in the future. For example on one morning I was given the option of 8:15am or 10:30am.

Very good

Lovely clean room with amazing views. Helpful staff in reception and friendly attentive staff in the restaurant/bar.

Housekeeping let the side down. Only one bath towel and no bath robes. No tea bags. We had to chase for a lot of things from reception during our stay, who were very helpful, but we shouldn't have had to do this.
