キュウ・ガーデンのクイーン・エリザベス門から近く、キュウガーデンの観光にはベストなロケーションです。地下に専用駐車場があり、チェックアウト後も延長して駐車させてもらいました。スタッフはとても気さくで親切です。1階がパブ・レストランで、イングリッシュパブを満喫しました。

Most enjoyable and restful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff

All went well. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was great.

Weakest link was my birthday lunch. Not as good as I’d hoped, but that’s only one thing we could fault

Parking, location & b'fast

No assistance offered with luggage. Room was cold and noisy. Shower in Bath filled over my ankles. Room is tired & needs attention, everything is beige.

A fantastic base for a hectic London stay

Lovely decoration and warm feel to both the pub and hotel. All of the staff were very helpful and we loved our stay. we will be coming back for sure!

Great location, perfect place to stay for a few nights away.

Fantastic location, really nice staff at check in. Lovely spacious room, with large comfortable bed. Loved the provided drinks and homemade snacks.

Didn't seem to have our booking from booking.com, but all got sorted without any problems. Bathroom was very tired, peeling paint on the ceiling and skirting boards. Not really what you'd expect from a deluxe room. View from the window wasn't great - over a car park. Again not what you'd expect when paying more for a deluxe room. TV was large and included some Sky channels, would have preferred a smart TV to allow us to watch OnDemand/Netflix, etc.

Great long weekend in London village, except the rugby.

Probably the best hotel we have stayed in for a London rugby weekend. Apart from the result Massive bed and great room. Full sky TV Magnificent breakfast, the best poached eggs ever... All the above done with a smile too.. Oh and the bar had "gamma ray" on draught. Perfect location and near to both bus and rail services.

it was a lovely location & stay very pleasant indeed!

Excellent location for Kew. Big room with extra large king sized bed & crisp white sheets. Very welcoming! Good selection of room goodies. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Food very good & good selection of drinks available.

Good ‘ol Heathrow busy as ever & hotel over flight path although quiet at night.

very friendly staff. cute bedroom. close to a station.

the bathroom the water wasn’t very warm and there are multiple areas on the walls that need to be fixed. Also on arrival the toilet bin wasn’t replaced from previous guests.

no window in the room (there was a skylight in the adjoining room) so it was quite dark/unnaturally lit

Very good

the rooms are lovely and the decor is really nice. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to change rooms, even though they were nearly fully booked, and made feel comfortable when there was an issue with my room. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very restful and inspiring

Nothing boring about this building or the decor. Each room is beautiful decorated with interesting pictures, books and furniture, very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and made you feel like one of the family

A little expensive for the standard but a very nice stopover to see the Kew Gardens

An excellent location, near Kew Gardens - our main reason for choosing the hotel. For a 'pub' hotel, the accommodation is very good.

We booked a superior room. Although the furnishings were generally very good, the room needed some maintenance. The painted walls need a clean and the bathroom needs some work - water damage to wood panelling. Small things but noticeable.

Breakfast, sadly it seems newbies were in charge and they had no idea. No doubt they will learn and they dealt very kindly with our complaint. Also by room 28 there us a corridor door that bang every time someone goes through it - all night, as we f somone was entering our room🙈
