La ubicación es excelente, hay un parking cerca, y el personal muy amable. Las indicaciones fueron muy buenas y el trato fue muy cordial. Comunicación de 10.

La habitación no estaba limpia. El baño parecía haberse limpiado a prisa y mal. Hay telarañas por toda la habitación, no cuesta nada quitarlas. Al abrir la puerta, el tirador si que funciona, pero para salir no funciona, está roto. Si que puedes abrir la puerta dandole a la llave solamente, aunque un poco fuerte no parece intuitivo. Tuvimos que llamar al personal por teléfono para que nos dijeran como salir de la habitación. (Estaba dura la llave). No sé porque para abrir de fuera si funciona y para abrir desde dentro no. Dejan unos sobrecitos con gel que son bastante pequeños que no te da ni para un par de duchas, y dos tés del Mercadona que no usamos pero nos pareció totalmente ridículos. La habitación está justo detrás del mostrador, no nos parece un lugar ideal pero bueno. El problema es que se escucha muchísimo ruido al salir y entrar alguien del edificio. La puerta de la entrada suena como una película de terror, no cuesta nada engrasarla por favor. Si, no es un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero cuesta la noche casi 90€. Por ese precio debería cumplir un mínimo, se aprovechan de la situación, porque esa habitación no vale ni 50€.

All in all, a comfortable, clean (though modest) central village small hotel.

Very clean and comfortable ‘no-frills’ property and good reasonable value for money. Loved the central village location which is why we chose it.

It’s a pity there’s no outside space (Juliette balcony only) but that’s really the trade for central village position. A safe in the room would be reassuring. We arrived late on Saturday night and were unable to connect to wi-fi (make contact with anyone) until Monday late morning. It’s a small point but could easily have been avoided if the code had been left in our room or had been displayed in the reception area.

How can this place not be 3 star , it’s a little jem

This is a super lovely place to stay . Right in the middle of everything. Shops, bars , restaurants, taxis & public transport. Lovely rooms , excellent staff, clean & kettle in your room

We arrived at 01:30 AM. Day before i make deal with reception lady that key from room and entrance door will be in key locker near the entrance door. And they forget to leave the key! I. try call the number near the entrance door and send massage in booking, But nobody answered. I got answer in the morning ~09:30. We spend night in the rented car. It was worst experience ever.

Sorry to say that was close to being a disaster. However, once in, it was very nice.

Location and venue excellent.

Having confirmed the room and access arrangements (20th Jan) and these being reconfirmed (after payment was requested and accepted) the day before travel, it was disappointing to find the room had been double booked and there was no key, nor any other arrangements/ messages for any other access. It was lucky that we knew Jose who could help us contact you. If his bar had not been open (ie like the following night) we would not had any where to stay.

A gem in a lovely pueblo

The welcome we received, the kindness of our host. Location was excellent, would only be improved if it had parking but sadly this is impossible.

There was nothing we didn't like. Can only make the suggestion of a non-slip mat for the shower tray. We very nearly had an accident but fortunately avoided it.

Only the staff were a positive

Nothing was good, small room. Bed made my back bad, ants in the bathroom. No change of bedding all week, 1 teabag and 1 sachet of coffee all week, unclean room, wardrobe falling apart...I could go on and on. Advertised as a hotel on booking.com get there to find it's actually a hostel!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooms are spotless clean, spacious and beautifully maintained, large comfortable beds and everything on hand to make sure you have a great stay. Bathroom is large and well equipped and once again very clean.

Only lacking a safe in the room, everything else was amazing!

Breakfast was good

The checkin was 200 metres away in anothe hotel!There is no staff manning the reception so when we had problems like a spoiled tv remote control and missing bath towel there was no staff to help. The hotel phone number given direct us to a automated machine that speak only spanish. So we had to live with the problem.
