Literie de base donc la nuit n'a pas été excellente mais le déjeuner était vraiment bon. Plutôt calme dans l'ensemble.

Conveniently placed
They didn’t tell us - nor did Booking.com tell us they were 20m from a fairground which was in operation that weekend : no parking , tremendous noise and a general nuisance

Really disapointed. There was a good italian restaurant down the street, that compensated a bit. The girls in the hotel where very friendly but communication was a problem.
Language : Only French language, all others by google translate on a phone.
Paying : I checked if i could leave before 7h00, yes it was possible 24/7. Then when i tried to leave : At first they said I had not paid via booking, i had to wait for 1 hour 30 minutes before anyone could solve the issue, even when I showed the billing receipts of my bank account & booking.com proof. Their system fault and i had to take all the consequences. (I tried to leave early because of the expected heat, that was not possible due to this.) I have the feeling being scammed because there was no bill possible : I have paid for 4x breakfast, the coffee i had during waiting till 7h counted as breakfast, in reality i only had breakfast the first day.
They made a real mess & at my question for some compensation they reacted like they did not understand.
The restaurant : I asked for a large bottle of water like usual in France. I got a small 30 cc bottle of water. All french speaking people got a big one for 1 liter. The card was very poor, (you'd better eat in the village) so i did not feel like eating again.
Room : Airco barely worked, i could only feel the wind blowing slowly , no cooling, so ending up sleeping with window open. At 4h00 ( at night!) the delery truck arrives and as you can guess a lot of noice, and use of the lift.
The parking : To small - you had to be carefull how to park your bike or you would be included = making it impossible to leave next day. Bumped my head twice, damage on the helmet because of this very low seiling.
Village : Nothing to do, all lot off shops and restaurants where closed.
@Booking.com : No support for the above payment problems. They just refer to be in contact with the hotel. I could not get anyone on the phone, by a menu i got referred back to contact the hotel directly ( who did not speak any other language!). So see booking.com like a search site without any extra service and no warranty or support..

I was on second floor and every morning from 5:30 until 7 hearing some kind of machine (washing…) which don’t let me sleep. automatic system for closing doors of rooms are too strong .

Location was practical. Close to the center
No hot water. It’s the minimum that you expect after long day of ski or hiking. Bad advice from receptionist without considering up-to-date information / weather
