Light switch in entrance hard to find. Air con is box type and noisy, remote not working. Wi-Fi very slow and dropping out all the time.

Very unpleasant stay at Warringal views motor in. We booked into this motel two weeks in advance of our stay, and confirmation of our booking and arrival time was sent to us. Upon arrival at the motel ,reception was closed with a note on the door to ring a phone number for assistance. After ringing i was told that they would have to check my booking for confirmation, which they did and then told us to let ourselves into the room they had nominated for our stay That was all good with no fuss . The room was clean although a little bit of maintenance would not have gone astray in the bathroom. It was not until i looked out of the window ,looking for the amazing views that were advertised on the motels website, that i noticed the large stand of trees that were blocking these "AMAZING VIEWS". It was not until i looked beyond the the tree line that i noticed the real reason for why those trees were there. Directly behind the trees were 4 lanes of traffic,100 meters from our window. This road is the Princess highway, one of the busiest roads in the country. If sleeping beside a freeway with the sound trucks and cars roaring away all night , then this is the motel for you. The point that i am trying to make here is not everything is as advertised. If you go onto the motels personal website you will be greeted with an idyllic photo of motel with beautiful views overlooking Warragul (that is how things looked way before the freeway went in and they grew the trees) and boasting a restaurant. It looked like a great place to spend the night out of town in peaceful surroundings, which is why we booked there in the first place. Our stay was far from that. The two positives i took away from here was, a very comfortable bed and good hot shower. I believe people who own these types of websites should take ownership of them and be truthful about what is available in the here and now, not what was available in the past. Just be truthful and honest that is all i ask

Very handy when it comes to location and staff are easy to call when needed. Hot and cold showers were fantastic.

Very outdated pictures. Room smells a bit mouldy and needing some upgrade. AC was very noisy too. The amenities were seems like not being checked properly. Also, you can here the conversation from the other room.

The property was close to Warragul mainly the hospital. The room was clean little outdated could do with upgrade. it was quiet lovely view from the room.

Could do with plates cutlery in the room. pillows need to be updated.

No one available at check in or departure.15mins 3 phone calls before response which told is our room number and that it was unlocked so just to go in. Really poor service. Room was advertised with lovely views....ok it was up a hill looking at grass and a tree hedge but motorway was clearly visible. Despite double glazing noise was constant

Great location. Was very clean and modern. Most comfortable hotel bed Ive slept in. Owner was fantastic, approachable/welcoming, My daughter was sick on our stay and he was very understanding and helpful with extra bedding late at night with no fuss. Will definitely be calling in again for my next stay.

Remote needed for heating/cooling, difficult to operate up high without one.

Very tired bathroom. Old taps that were hard to work and dripped when turned off. Inconsistent water temperature in shower and low water flow Could have been cleaner and odd tiles and some cracked in shower. Believe cleaner is allowed 2 hours to do whole motel ?
