The resort was very nice, beautiful snorkeling and stand up paddeling.
No good AC, TV, the room was always wet and clothes didnt dry.

Had an amazing time in this resort! Their shuttle bus picked us up at Cagliari airport, it's a 1,5 hour drive and 50 euro per person but totally worth it compared to the public bus option, which takes about 5-6 hours according to Google. Gotta book a week in advance though.
At the resort we got a free upgrade to a better room not far from the beach, which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was very nice - the room, the food, the beaches, the staff was very helpful. Absolutely loved this place!

We loved the breakfast. The pools and three beaches are amazing. The staff try their hardest. The general feel of the place is brilliant. The location is amazing for getting out and about.
The staff are obviously over worked and stressed hence why they didn't feel very approachable. An extra pillow or more comfy pillow would be better, bedding and bed felt very budget. They need more staff and better managing. A more indepth and informative schedule as to everything they offer from the aquarobics to the table tennis tournament - all things that we found out about last minute. It's not a luxury resort but it's bloody brilliant for families.

1.Communication with hotel getting rapidly answering.
2.Warmth welcome with staffs when arrived at hotel with cleaned room.
3.The foods are buffets but delicious and varietities kind of breakfast/dinner.(half board)
4.For the holiday with family have various activities for all ages.(Hotel-telis) for example kid club, Aqua Gym (I love it alot, please keep doing it.)
Kid theater.(Kid show dancing),Yoka.It suit with all ages.
5.The hotel provides 3 kind of swimming pools which suit with all kind customers but I love the pool which nearly the bar that I can buy drinks and ice cream for my son the most, and there had the music every evening with live DJ. it is very good to join with people like pool bar party :)
6.The pools with rescuer is available all pool, they helps organize the seats for everybody equally,it makes the rules of a pool strenght and it made us impression, because he did a good job,and everybody can use the seat.

11.Nice place , all alongs the way are cover with mediteranien flowers and tree, it makes the way for walking is not too hot during the day /it is the paradise places inside the resort.
12.Manifique beaces , blue colour for sofar at midday (Le palm). it suit for familiy to swim together , ages, transparence water and good for the kids who wanted to do snorkering or playing with the sand and rocks.
1.Staffs mostly speak Italian language and accenct,it is difficultly to communicate with them and get answering rapidly. (But it does not a big problem)
It may be because they get customers the most from Italy(main land) then the staffs are not needs to practice english. :) but it is neccessary that they work for a hotel,it should have to speak english.

I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing our experience was. Every aspect of our stay was perfect from the gorgeous place to the beautiful pool and private beach. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Sardinia and hope to return soon!

We are a couple travelling with a 2 year old. All previous comments made are spot on, yes it looks slightly 'retro' on the outside but is modern, cool and clean on the inside. The breakfast is excellent. The pools are numerous and clean. The beach is awesome. We are not travelling in peak season so no issues with sunbeds. Wifi is free.

generally scruffy. unkempt. not cared for. very unhelpful staff when we wished to cancel a massage - we were away from the resort and couldn’t get back so emailed in order to cancel. the person didn’t help whatsoever.

We had a stay at this lovely hotel. It was our first trip abroad with our one year old and the staff could not have been more lovely and friendly towards him. Everyone who works at the hotel was so nice and really helped to make it a special stay. The bar and restaurant area is fabulous with incredible views across the bay and wonderful food. The beach and pool were also fab and the rooms were spacious and comfy.
We honestly couldn’t fault the hotel apart from the WiFi which wasn’t very good.

I had a nice stay in Telis hotel. First of all, the place and beach is exceptional but what makes the difference is the people. Kind, helpfull and always trying that we enjoy our relaxing time. We thank all for this amazing time. Buffet breakfast is well organized. Sports program is wide and followed by a qualified staff.

The staff are so helpful and professional. The pool and bar area wonderful. Very comfortable beach furniture. A lot of things to do - tennis and padel courts, animation, spa, gym... all you need for perfect stay.

Amazing resort
There is only bar open betwen breakfast-lunch and lunch-dinner, so if you want to eat at a different time, it's closed.
You lose a lot of time from main entrance(car park) to your room each time you want to go outside of the resort.

The location of the hotels in the green park is amazing. The rooms are in traditional Sardinian style comfy and stay cool on sunny days either without AC. The staff is really nice and helps to deal with any requests.
a cashless paradigm is good, but also would be helpful in giving a tips also cashless or improve cash exchange at reception

nice rooms in a good setting
we were on motorbikes so had to remote park the bikes. checking in was simple but it took 1 hour for the hotel to arrange to collect collect us and take us back to the car

Location of the resort was nice, breakfast, lunch and dinner okay, coffee not very good.
Pizza was very good as well as all the staff on this particular restaurant.
Food and coffee could have been better. Place looks like from the 80's. One night they were serving BBQ close to the reception and the GM or owner I think was also there having a proper table with liner, etc. He also got served first with all the best bits all in proper plates, etc while everyone else had paper plates. That was a bit too much and not very nice for all the guests to see. I mean you do do that. You make sure everyone eats and you don't show off like a supreme leader.

We stayed there at the end of our tour of the east of Sardinia... what can I say other than it was fabulous! The hotel reminds me of being in the Caribbean as does the beach and the sea is glorious. Staff are so friendly and will bend over backwards to help, good breakfast and amazing natural park inside the resort.

the location was wonderful and the swimming pools were really nice
the size of the room was small, the quality of the food in the standard restaurant was largely below expectations and finally the customer service was not at a good level. The reservation dates were changed through Booking.com and the property didn't have trace of the change until the arrival

Location
The food was very bad and repetitive. Having spent there one week we had enough of scrambled eggs and bacon. Dinner was varied but not many dishes cooked properly. For this price I would expect more. The only good thing was an amazing location.

1. Territory
Whilst the hotel territory includes a natural park, the pools, rooms, beaches and facilities are concentrated at the bottom of the hill. Everything is well connected by the paths and shortcuts. and it never took me more than 10 minutes to walk anywhere. It is very green, and lots of wild animals can be spotted - I saw rabbits and dears right next to my room. The natural park is hilly, but the views are stunning.
2. Animation
The hotel provides free entertainment such as live music in the evenings, canoe, paddle boards, archery, tennis etc.
3. Beaches
There are four different beaches and many isolated sunbathing areas - 10-15 deck-chairs are separated from the world by the flowers and vegetation. Looks stunning and makes you feel so connected with the nature!
4. Bars
The variety and quality of drinks was excellent! The bartenders are very professional, especially the ladies at the Palmas beach bar!
1. Food
The breakfast had all the minimum required options: croissants, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes and cucumbers. But there was no seafood, no variety of fresh fruit (watermelons, pineapples, oranges, plums etc). For dinner you can either pay for buffet or go to pizzeria. It would be really good to add some seafood options to a la carte restaurants! It is not really an option to walk to the restaurant outside a hotel - you would need a car for that.
2. Signal
I read reviews that WiFi is bad, but what surprised me that the normal mobile signal is also absent in many areas, including my room! WiFi was excellent by the bars and restaurants (and any rooms located next to them).
3. Rooms
I stayed in Telis, the furniture was a bit old (but all functioning well and very clean! It seamed that Dune and Cottages were renovated more recently if you are after something fresher.

this is a exceptional location, you can enjoy this part of sardagnia, at THIS RESORT , as well as it takes you two the two welknown beaches , around arbatrax, A childrens haven , and safe place to swim.
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT , WAS A GREAT LOCATIONS, NOTHNG THAT YOU CAN SAY YOU DID NOT LIKE, THE RESTAURANT STAFF VERY COURTEOUS AND WARM, THE RECEPTION ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, AND WARM PEOPLE, I THINK THAT IS WHY THE SOUTH OF ITALY IS DIFFERENT FROM THE NORTH .
