Perfect location 20 metres to beach 🏖.
Quiet & clean.

Nice and clean room from where I could see the sunrise from my bed every morning! Maria is a friendly and helpful host - she helped me for example to organise taxi transfers from/to the airport. She gave me all I asked for and once I received cookies baked from her mother. The accomodation is situated between 2 lovely beaches, restaurants and mini-markets are nearby within walking distance. There are bus connections to Parikia and Naoussa too to explore the island.
WLAN Connection in my room wasn‘t always as good-but outside my door it worked mostly well! A glass in the bathroom to put the toothbrush would be nice.

The location is so great! We loved being so close to the beach!! There are wonderful food places nearby and Ragoussis House is gorgeous!! This is an amazing place to stay for a relaxing holiday in Paros!

Loved the location- super quiet and beautiful beach literally right outside. Very clean and they clean the rooms every day which is lovely. Great balcony with a sea view.
The wifi wasn’t amazing but that is no fault of the owners- they would check it straight away. Not too much around but the bus takes you to Parikia and Naoussa so I would totally recommend staying here is you wanted somewhere not as busy.

The staff wasn't nice, we had trouble with the Ferries and the staff didn't help us with anything, we stayed only because we had to sleep

Proximity to the beach and our balcony had nice view
AC did not work, when we told the host about this they literally just turned it off and on again which did nothing. We were just given the room without any explanation or tour etc. no wifi also, the bathroom was tiny with no holder for the shower resulting in you having to hold the handle above your head. The shower drain also overflowed after every shower and so we had to use the towels to stop it going out of the bathroom.

I loved the relaxed family atmosphere, the amazing sea view and the sunrise colors even from my brand new and extremely comfortable king size bed, the beautiful neat garden around the hotel and the exceptional location. Directly on the sandy beach of Logaras with “almyrikia” trees giving generously their shade. You can easily walk to Pounta Beach and have a lot of choices for lunch or dinner by the sea at Logaras and Piso Livadi. - Pitsa and Maria, were fabulous hosts made me feel very welcome respecting privacy moments. Homemade treats by Pitsa was really a bonus. "Tiropitakia" with local cheese and traditional cookies with olive oil and sesami were delicious. Amazing moments at the veranda overlooking sandy Logaras Beach and Piso Livadi. Meticulous cleanness by Lela has to be mentioned. Free wi-fi and parking facilities were very useful as well as the coffee machine, kettle, fridge and hair dryer in my room. At last but not least the one and only, Vasilis, being there to give valuable info for Paros island, answering every question and treat me with delicious berries from his “mouries” trees.
Thank you dear Ragousis family for making my professional trip an amazing experience. I will see you all very soon.
Nothing at all.

The location was perfect. Really calm and just in front of Lograras Beach. Close to the restaurants of the port of Piso Livadi and parking available for clients.
The hosts left a kind surprise/present during our stay symbolizing the greek traditions of Easter.
The shower could be not the best practical part of the lodgement but always had hot water and available the 24h.

Everything you may want from an accomodation in Paros, but be careful with mosquitoes on a non windy evenings as it’s right next to beach!
- Welcoming host/family
- Amazing location right next to 2 beaches
- Balcony with a beach view
- Beautiful garden with 2 nice dogs, figs and grapes
- The best “grandma gingerbread” we had in Greece
- Room cleaned every day
- Very comfortable mattresses and cushions
Sure, the aircon or bathroom aren’t brand new, but everything was clean and functional.

Maria and her father were very kind and answered to our requests quickly. Maria upgraded our room to a bigger one at no extra cost and when I asked to add one more day to our stay she charged a very good price with discount with respect to the previous days. This was a very good plus. Location (we stayed at ground apartment with two rooms for 688,50€ for 8 nights) had seaside view and was 20 meters from Logaras beach which is good but we stayed there only one day as we toured Paros by car. Maria and her father provided figs, mangos and biscuits for free when available. This was great! There were no guests in the apartments near ours so our stay was very quiet. Good veranda where to have meals. All in all a very good stay at a good price compared to other places.
The space in the kitchen and in the bathroom is limited but this is not a big problem. Knives in the kitchen should be renovated as none of them was good to cut food.
