Both food and the location are perfect
I booked on the website and the amount of the room that I paid for did not really match with the room.
The website showed an executive room as one of the main bedrooms of the luxurious one but instead it was actually for a small bedroom.
Working on the website and making it more clear would actually help because the description and what I received are two different things.

The food was amazing especially the 3 course dinner.
It is not a big deal but the doors are heavy and I twisted my wrist.

The place is beautiful, the area, the tranquility is marvellous.
The breakfast was small(hubby says so🙈)
Inside the room for a 4star, we were expecting the following
1. Mini Fridge
2. Carpet to cover the entire place
3. Tv channels shouldn’t be just 1.

Excellent Hotel, cozy, more like a bed and breakfast with a personal touch. it had a mountain getaway feel. the green forest view from our large balcony was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and their breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this place.
The room Didn't have a minibar fridge.

It is very homely and beautiful. We were there for a weekend getaway to celebrate birthdays with friends. The cake was delicious, one of the best I've had in a long time. The staff is amazing and we had the best time. Excellent decision staying there.
7.0
spacious room and bathroom has both bath & shower.
The aircon is too weak & couldn’t cool the room. The wall in our room has chips & needs painting. The parking lot too tight & not covered. Cappuccino is an extra charge if you don’t want filter coffee or tea, found this very strange, just add it to the booking fees.

Location and gardens.
We choose ABH as we had stayed there before.
We were very disappointed this time round. The towels were in a shocking state bordering on threadbare. The toilet seat was falling apart. That being said the staff were very friendly and the gardens well kept. It is a pity that our room was run down as it was quiet expensive.
9.0
The atmosphere, the view, the cleanliness of the rooms, the staff, the breakfast. We also did a couple`s massage there and it was exceptionally good. The room we stayed in was very clean and had enough space.
The pool was not so clean and it would have been lovely if the jacuzzi was working. I also did not like the dinner, the food had a little bit more salt, from the starter to the main course.
