Vastly overpriced.

Good hot pool and thermal plunge pool.

Very expensive for what you get: soft bed, terrible shower, empty (so of no use) Usb sockets, no curtains on a huge east facing window, so you are woken at dawn.

Wonderful

I always find the staff lovely, helpful and friendly. The pool is great and cleanliness tops. The cleaning staff are also lovely, always with a smile too which is nice. The rooms are nice, tidy warm and have everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

I would recommend the Reef Resort to other people. Value for your money.

Loved the room I stayed in. Very clean and had a lovely view to the front of the resort. The staff are very friendly. Had a lovely stroll along the lake which is right on your doorstep. Away from the hustle and bustle so lovely and quiet.

we arrived early for check in and the receptionist made it clear we were too early. not very friendly. did go to see if the room was cleaned but we had to come back. we were early so this was ok but receptionist could have been friendly

I love staying here & have rebooked for next Summer. Its my holiday resort accomodation of choice.

Loved being next to the lake with pool and spa close by. Fantastic staff who were very friendly & welcoming.

The only thing that was a bit of a hazard was the kitchen cupboards that open. Have knocked my head a few times when grabbing or putting away dishes.

I loved everything about the property, beautiful well maintained pool and spa, bbq area was lovely and clean me and my kids loved it. Swimming on a rainy day in a heated pool was bliss

my son is rather tall, so i had to sleep on the pull out sofa while he slept in the bed, the sofa mattress was real thin i could feel the wire frame a toppa mattress would have helped. Other then that no problems

Great spot, facilities and hosts!

Great pool and mineral spa set up. So handy to the lake also!

Access to upper rooms a bit harder with a lot of luggage. Lake Terrace street noise a tad loud also.
