We had a great time staying at Ayara Villas spacious apartment with a great pool for swimming and playing with our youngest.

Sounds of music from the neighbouring hotels late at night.

Lovely return visit

This is our second time back and its as lovely as we remember. Fantastic location, friendly helpful staff and an extensive breakfast.

Bathroom in the beach villa is looking tired and could do with an update Beds are very firm, but the addition of a duvet under the bottom sheet helped.

A nice quiet few days

Really nice quiet hotel. Very clean nice big rooms .if you dont want the load music bars disco's this is the place .for familys with children i would say aswell fitting . Just outside the hotel on the private beach is breakfast really good 👍 and the food in the day and evening top full marks .

For me it was a bit away from the town a good 15min walk and the roads are very dark .but you can always get a taxi back in the night.

We liked the resort, the nature, the pools, kids room. Everyone was friendly and tried to help, the room was nice and clean. In the afternoon there is complimentary coffee with cookies.

The private beach is small but was ok for us. Anyhow the public beach is just a few minutes walk away. Unfortunately the pools were a bit too cold for small children. Pretty much all rooms are dark due to the architecture of the buildings. The street with restaurants and shops are 1-2 kms away. The massage on the private beach of the resort was the worst I had so far in Thailand. Not worth the money. The breakfast is ok but could have more variety.

beach is not swimmable, it was a strong wave beach, too dangerous and it was not safe to walk around

Just feeling like home during our stays; the staff were so lovely and helpful, food were delicious

Breakfast were always very well prepared and very very tasty as expected, thai style congee with chicken were absolutely delicious, and can top up as much as you like , including the American breakfast with beautiful eggs, crispy bacon and all freshly cut fruits every day; it was just heaven on earth during our stay; the staff were so helpful and very friendly with all attentive and service minded.

Very cozy, comfortable and clean room. Amazing swimming pool surrounded palm trees and other plants, absolutely clean. Staffs was very kind. Everything was perfect.

Decent hotel for the price I paid.

Breakfast was prepared to order due to lack of guests,the food was good quality, big comfy bed, nice room overlooking the pool.

The entire hotel could do with a revamp to bring it up to date.

it was pleasant but I would not stay there again unless there’s a revamp.

the staff were nice friendly,breakfast decent under the circumstances,because khao lak is still recovering from the pandemic in two or three occasions I was the only guest,the staff at breakfast were excellent,

it could do with a huge revamp to bring it up to date, rooms look very outdated,the decking around the pool near to reception is not good.

Excellent hotel

Stayed here before and I am glad to say that everything was as good as my last stay, the staff are extremely welcoming and go out of their way to help. The rooms are spacious and clean with great bed.

It’s not so near restaurants and shops but if you have a car or get a taxi that’s not a problem.
