Hurmaava hotelli upealla sijainnilla

Hotelli oli hurmaava - kaikkialla oli kaunista, näköalat huikeat ja sijainti vanhankaupungin sydämessä loistava. Palvelu oli ensiluokkaista: henkilökunnan asenne hotellinjohtajaa myöten oli lämmin, ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Kaikki puhuivat hyvää englantia ja huomioivat meitä aina kohdatessamme. Tunsimme olevamme täydellisen tervetulleita! Hotellin ravintolan palvelut toimivat sekä aamiaisella että muutoin loistavasti myös näin varsinaisen sesongin ulkopuolella. Oli myös ihanaa käydä saunassa ja uimassa päivän jälkeen. Vahva suositus tälle upealle, omaleimaiselle hotellille ja viehättävälle Ulcinjin kaupungille!

Tolles, tolles Hotel, hässliches Ulcinij.

Die Lage hoch über der Bucht mit wunderschönem Blick ist absolut den Preis wert!

Das Hotel selber ist toll. Schade, dass Ulcinij selber so hässlich ist und einen Partytourismus à la Ballermann pflegt. Die Strände in der Nähe waren extrem voll und verdreckt. Aber wenn man in der wunderschönen Hotelanlage mit Pool bleibt, kann man das ausblenden ….

The location was hard to reach . The shower had hair from previous stay . There was a roach in one of the towels .

Très bon hôtel, personnel et infrastructure de qualité mais bruit extérieur dissuasif

Situation géographique, amabilité du personnel, la piscine, le petit dejeuner, la propreté

Le bruit tous les soirs jusqu'à 1h00 du matin des concerts à côté de la plage qui nous nous empêchait de dormir. Pour le niveau de confort affiché, ce n'est pas acceptable. Nous ne pourrons pas revenir en l'état.

Exceptionally good hotel, beware of noise

Palata Venezia an exceptional hotel with beautiful surroundings, kind and helpful staff and great location in the Ulcinj old town. Our suite was large and well cleaned. Breakfast was also very good. Only 10 minute walk to the beach.

Beach street (Mala Plaza) is noisy from 9pm to 1am and the noise from the bars also reaches rooms of Hotel Palata Venezia. While the hotel itself is excellent, it cannot be fully recommended for people valuing good night's sleep.

Tökéletes, imádtunk minden ott töltött pillanatot és alig várjuk,hogy ismét visszatérjünk.

A fogadtatás és a mindig előzékeny és kedves személyzet , a welcome drink, a szállás elhelyezkedése, a csodás kilátás a tengerre és az öbölre, a gyönyörű tágas, izlésesen berendezett lakosztály, a nagy és kényelmes ágy, a terasz ahol szivesen elüldögéltünk volna egész nap a virágok között nézve az elénk táruló fantasztikus panorámát, a tisztaság és a napi takarítás, a finom, friss ételek és ami számunkra az egyik fő követelmény, hogy szeretettel várták a kutyusunkat is.

Great views to Mala Plaza

Perfect location, amazing view to Mala Plaza. Nice staff. The eggs at breakfast were great.

We booked a suite but got upgraded to an apartment instead. For an apartment it would have been nice with a bit more kitchen equipment, like more than 2 plates, a dish towel or a frying pan. After asking for a dish towel they gave us one though. The restaurant did not have a lot of options and on an early evening was out of most items (all national dishes) and they refused to serve my tomatoes fried or baked (necessary due to allergies, I would've paid extra). That way I couldn't eat a lot.

It was a good stay.

the location was great!

the gym was poor and machine not working, the rooms were very cold, and the breakfast was poor. The reason I choose this place was because of the gym and breakfast, both of them were a disappointment and that’s why the low score.

amazing location, beautiful hotel

great location right in the old town, they came to pick us up from the parking lot with a little electric golf cart and drove us to the hotel through the tiny alleys of the old town - such a fun experience, the kids loved it! Hotel looks great, staff is very friendly, the room was very big and had a very nice view of the bay.

the bathroom is a bit small compared to the overall size of the apartment and breakfast could be a bit better, but we were there in the low season

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Very friendly and polite staff. Room was very clean as well and bathroom. Location of the hotel is amazing. It was really wonderful short stay. I will come back for sure with friends and family.

Stay could be longer :) but I stayed just for one night :)

Hotel is an amazing and imposing building located in amazing location, in center of Old town. Hotel is overlooking on sea as well and wide and spacious Restaurant terrace. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly, multilingual and ready to assist. I will come back for sure. I recommend hotel Palata Venezia to everyone who comes in Ulcinj.

Everything was OK. There was nothing negative. I LIKED EVERYTHING! Hope to come back as soon as possible. I really enjoyed in every moment.

Wonderful!

All was terrific! The location and incredible view from our room, opening the shutters in the morning to the sea, listening to a couple of storms at night. Sitting on the terrace soaking up the atmosphere. Our room was beautifully furnished in keeping with the age of the building. Very helpful staff & all areas were super clean. Small pleasant pool and spa area (we didn't use the latter). Golf cart transport for luggage from car park below.

That I couldn't stay longer!

View, terrase, location.

Louds coming thrue the hotel from surrounding clubs. My friend informed me that he was tired and couldn't sleep until 01.00am in the night time because of high volume music around. Then he tried to sleep after calm down and he couldn't sleep at all so as to losing sleep.

The location and the view is spectacular. Staff were fabulous. and the manager is very helpful and go out of the their way to help

A bit expensive for the city since there’s not much to do in Ulcinj. would be good to have cream, shampoo etc. in the room

Location to die for

Amazing location in the old town. Lots of good restaurants nearby including the hotels own.

The breakfast was ok - i think a little more attntion could be given to it.

the staff were amazing - Maya in particular. absolutely made the stay. a lovely spot, lots of facilities, very helpful and friendly. a lovely service to take your bags, and just generally going out of their way to help. restaurant was actually so good we ate their twice.

The owner and staff were all exceptionally friendly and efficient, the hotel was very comfortable and in a great location, and the restaurant was also excellent. We had a most enjoyable week.

An amazing romantic hotel in a citadel

An other amazing hotel during our stay in Montenegro. From the moment we were picked up by the buggy (the hotel is perched on top of the hill, in the citadel) to the moment we left, everything was great. The 2-bedroom apartment is extremely spacious, on 2 floors with the terrace overlooking the beach and the town, we could have sat there for hours looking at the beautiful view. The apartment has a kitchen, a living and dining room and downstair toilets. 2 great sized bedrooms and a (small) bathroom. The hotel garden is magnificent and it's difficult to choose where to sit for breakfast or for a drink, and it's hard to find a hotel more romantic than this one ! The staff are excellent, very helpful and enthusiastic, special mention to Maya at the reception desk who is passionate about the history of the hotel and city, it was great to have extra information !

If i dare being a little bit critical i would say maybe more variation for the breakfast. The bathroom in the apartment was a bit small but of course the idea is not to spent long in a bathroom when the outdoor is so breathtaking !
