Bellissimo, ma a tratti mi sono sentita in prigione

- Colazione buona, varia e abbondante - Il resort è bellissimo e sorge su una delle spiagge più suggestive dell’isola, i servizi offerti (scuba diving, massaggio thai, minimarket, ristorante, piscina, bar) sono di qualità - Le camere sono ben tenute e pulite ogni giorno, la struttura offre un servizio di navetta per raggiungere quelle più in alto - Taxi boat per il check-in e per il check-out offerto dalla struttura

- La scortesia di alcuni dipendenti, che in separate occasioni ci ha urtato in maniera particolare. Sembrano tutti stizziti, mai un saluto o un sorriso, neanche in risposta al nostro. - Il servizio navetta viene sempre garantito ma (e questo rientra nella scortesia dei dipendenti) una mattina, con una pioggia torrenziale, ci è stato negato. Al mio sollecito, poiché nell’attesa avremmo rischiato di fare tardi per la colazione, mi è stato risposto “siamo impegnati, fatevela a piedi”. Preciso che la nostra camera distava almeno 10 min a piedi dal ristorante, e ho dovuto insistere perché il pick up procedesse a caricarci. - I taxi boat non sono sempre garantiti e mi sono sentita imprigionata in alcuni momenti (tipo la sera del mio compleanno), trovandoci costretti a cambiare tutti i nostri piani e restando in resort. Nei giorni a seguire abbiamo scoperto che ci conveniva prenotare il servizio da un altro hotel, sia di carico che di scarico.

A chill and surfer type vibe, such lovely staff and room really clean

Very chill and easy going

The beach beds and restaurant chairs were u comfortable. Would have live something with cushioning. Also the long board are working all the time, so you can hear the engines all day.

Je recommande cet hôtel

L’emplacement, la plage privée, le restaurant sur place ouvert toute la journée, le petit déjeuner délicieux et surtout la gentillesse du personnel à nos petits soins.

Matelas vraiment trop ferme et le va et vient des voitures de l’hôtel qui sont bruyantes et polluantes.

Доступ к красивейшему пляжу, ресторан, трансфер прямо до номера, красивые виды на море и горы сверху.

Тяжело добираться до своего домика самому, но почти всегда доступен трансфер до домика.

Все понравилось ! Вид , пляж , все супер !

Мелкие замечания : Невозможно находится без кондиционера , а с ним легко простыть, домик нагревается минут за 15. Наш домик был у стоянки для персонала и было шумно из за транспорта сотрудников отеля. В номере живут муравьи но для нас это не критично

Didn’t exactly give paradise, but reality was still nice.

There were amazing views from this hotel. The beach wasn’t crowded. Very secluded, which was a plus. It may have been more convenient to stay closer to the pier, but I did like going back to the calmness at the end of the day. Also, I was able to get a good deal on a boat tour. There was a lot of convenience when it came to that. We were in our own small world versus the pier.

I wasn’t a fan of the dinner I had at the hotel. Quickly realized I was better off eating at one of the many restaurants near the pier. Breakfast was pretty good though. The bed was hard but not unbearable. The shower heads could use an upgrade. It was sufficiently clean. However, it was my least favorite hotel in Thailand, but possibly one of the best on the islands.

Location molto suggestiva e con vista mare (stupendo). Colazione ottima, e presenza di servizio di ristorante all’interno della struttura. Servizio di Check-in e check-out ottimo, perché ti portano tramite “thai longtail boat”, incluso nel prezzo del soggiorno, che è l’unico modo per spostarsi dall’hotel.

Pulizia generale della struttura era molto scarsa, questo il motivo della valutazione. Le case sono immerse tra gli alberi, e questi sporcavano scale e balcone con tantissime bacche, con rischio di scivolamento. Attenzione alla presenza di scimmie, soprattutto la notte.

Prachtig uitzicht en heel leuk personeel. We werden echt in de watten gelegd!

Steil omhoog lopen, maar we werden netjes opgepikt iedere ochtend om te gaan ontbijten.

Amazing place for Christmas

We loved the chilled location on beautiful Long Beach. It's a lot quieter than the town side. Yes you have to get a long boat to town, but it's only 100bhat and you can easily get a boat at any time. The snorkelling outside the hotel is fantastic. We saw 5 baby black up sharks. Staff are really friendly and attentive.

Hotel food is a bit overpriced but to be expected in a resort. The resort is a bit rough around the edges i.e. pipers running along steps, bits of trash in the garden area.

Excellent experience!

We loved it. Really good experience. Long beach is paradise, really nice beach to swim and do snorkel. The staff at the hotel were all super nice. Great breakfast. Nice comfortable rooms with awesome views of the bay. Just 5 min away from tonsai by taxi boat so its really not a problem that its a bit far. Very clean. Restaurant is really good with option of room service which comes in handy in case of rain!

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic view from our room. Breakfast and other meals were lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Isolated location and heavily rutted path to the road made it difficult to walk into town, stairs are required at the path just beyond Paradise Pearl. We found the wifi connection frustrating as you had to re-login as you moved from bungalow to beach or restaurant. It also frequently dropped out.

Prachtige locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Wel vreselijke bedden!

Heerlijke accommodatie met prachtig uitzicht. Wij hadden het bovenste huisje. Personeel komt gelijk om te helpen als er iets is. Super goed restaurant en het personeel spreekt goed Engels. Prachtige locatie!

Alles was top, behalve de bedden waren echt net een plank. We waren daarom blij dat we er maar 2 nachten sliepen…

Schönes Hotel mit verschmutzten Strand

Die Anlage selbst war sehr sauber, auch die Zimmer! Zuerst hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Da die Nachbarn aber sehr laut waren, bekamen wir sofort ein anderes-ohne Verbindungstür. Tolles Service! Dem Hotel selbst würde ich 10 Punkte geben,wenn da nicht das Problem mit dem Strand wäre...

Der Strand ist wunderschön, wird aber von den vielen Katzen als Toilette benutzt. Auch die Hunde erledigen dort ihr Geschäft und markieren alles, was im Weg steht - Bäume, Taschen, Rucksäcke... Ich selbst bin auch in Katzensch.... getreten! Diese ganze Situation dürfte auch der Grund dafür sein, warum es am Strand so viele Fliegen gibt!

Situated right on long beach and only a short 10 minute boat trip from Tonsai pier. This is the perfect place to stay on Phi Phi island.

Welcoming staff, amazing food and ambiance in the restaurant, breathtaking views from the room, great beach, clean rooms. We asked for extra quilt and got it right away.

Pleasant

The bungalows are outdated and need some work and repair. The restaurant gets crowded easily and the food is average. The beach is amazing and the view from the bungalow is beautiful. Staff seemed really bored and is hard to get a smile back. Some rooms are far from the beach and the hotel provide transfer from the room to the beach and vice versa. There’s a snorkeling shop in the property when you can rent The equipment but the staff is not friendly and helpful as we ask for the service and the girl just gave a catalog and didn’t explain anything. After a disappointing snorkeling at the beach (no visibility), when we returned the equipment they decided to tell us (after getting our money) that at this time of day is the worst because of the low tide.

The staff could be more friendly and helpful.

Beach in front of the resort is a dream

Villa grand deluxe with seaview. Jungle style furniture. Flora in the area was amazing! We booked for 2adults and 2 children. View from the room was excellent. Beach was one of the top beaches I saw in Thailand. Beach was clean with blue watter with few hammocks and many free sunbeds- in front of the resort. Few steps from the restaurant we found eden on earth. Monkeys, birds, small lizards included. Pool was fine for children. Food in restaurant (including brakfast) was nice. Few restaurants in the area. Free longboat shuttle from Tonsai pier.

Room was very small for 4 people. The price for the villa was high considering this is 3 star resort, you pay for the area. If you would get villa with seaview you will need to do a lot of steps multiple times per day - which is not bad if you like workouts (I was fine with that - seaview was worth it). Other option is to ask resort staff to bring you to upper villas by car (no problem for them).

Relaxing beachfront property

Visited for my sister's 50th birthday, and the hotel made it very special. This is a beachfront property with wonderful units nestled on the hill with plenty of greenery. Loved the beach area, restaurant on the sand, and two pools. Units were comfortable with plenty of amenities. Breakfast was plentiful, and the food was good. Complimentary longtail transfer to and from hotel on arrival and departure. Very relaxing property. We loved our two nights here.

The detached rooms and the views from them were excellent..

A little too far from everything else; a bit too isolated. The walk back to your room was quite an uphill hike. Also didn't like that the restaurant there didn't have a no smoking section.

Fantastic location if you are on the island to relax and snorkel or do anything on the water.

the view from our villa was spectacular and the property was peaceful and pretty.

Quiet hotel away from the crowds

Nice hotel away from the noise and crowds in the main village. Perfect if you want to relax on the beach and have a quiet holiday. Free boat transfer to the main pier at ceck-in and check-out. If you are adventurous you can take a hike through the jungle to the main village, but watch you step and beware of the local wildlife.

Mediocre breakfast. The Restautrant is good, but a bit expensive. You can find better and cheaper options to eat on the same beach.
