Boot room was lovely with parking at the door.... beautiful big open fire. Best couple of nights sleep I've had, bed was really comfy... staff were really kind. Ana in particular made my concert at sandringham so much better ( thanks again). They really do go the extra mile

stunning room (Attic room) and great service
opportunity to improve food service with check backs but this made no difference to how much I enjoyed my stay

clean rooms, nice bar & restaurant area
shower could have been hotter.
Described as short 3min walk to beach, more like 10mins

The staff were all brilliant, the food was amazing, we liked the atmosphere which was buzzing the whole weekend, it has a large bar area, with a logfire, but a quieter resteraunt area which was separate if you wanted to be away from the big groups of people and have more of a “date” evening!
The room was very cosy, great shower, and the location is perfect for visiting the north Norfolk beaches.
I think that breakfast should be included in the nightly price, as it’s fairly expensive to stay there, and is worth it for all the reasons above, but found it a bit tight that it was a separate cost as with 3 nights it added on another £84, and it wouldn’t have been easy to find anywhere nearby for alternative breakfast options..

Managed to check in early with no fuss. Room was as described, small double, but the bed was kingsize.
The room smelt damp. Realised that the fan wasn't working in the bathroom so could be the cause. Advised reception on leaving and comment back was 'nobody has mentioned that before' which implied I was lying.
Room 8 is on the first floor and overlooks the roof of the kitchen. Quite noisy with the extract fans. Also overlooked the courtyard rooms and the occupants, while I was there, were out talking a lot.
The restaurant, we had an evening meal, seemed ok but they were lacking quality. Mussels, that I had as a starter, were served up in just a normal bowl, covered in cream. No spare bowl for shells. Should provide correct serving dish to keep them hot and chef needs to revisit the recipe. My wife had the bread board for starter. Dip was tasteless and other bits were very poor, sent back to kitchen - for some reason they still expected to be paid for it? Menu was not great, I had a Flat Iron Beef for main, with vegetables and a croquette. Not very nice. Expensive for what was served.
Breakfast was ok but we thought it was included in the price, as their webpage and flyers state that it is. However, as we booked through booking.com we had to pay extra for it. Very misleading and they only informed me when I checked out! Would have been best if they asked if we wanted breakfast when we checked in and say that it was extra. Paid £160 through booking.com for the room but they advertised 'up to £154 including breakfast'! Just felt ripped off.

Food very good
Room good but a shower cap would be appreciated to avoid having to use hair dryer provided, female visitors with long hair would be impressed.
No adverse comments.
