The resort has a beautiful garden , has luxuryant exotic plants and flower on the aleys , and it has a very nice beach , clear water. Personnel are nice , mister kim from the bar/ restaurant is a very nice man. Restaurant has very good food.
We booked superior bungallow, and it is outdated room , not a 4 star room , inside smelled mold , and when i had entered the bathroom black mold was on the celing because of the humidity there and the lack of windows. I will post pictures. After 1 night spend there i went to the reception and asked for and upgrade for which i payed at my request , we took grand deluxe bungalow on the beach , which was very nice spacious up to date bathroom and renovated , totally dufferent quality , from my opinion the garden superior bungalows does not worth the money and it is better to pay a litlle extra to have a very good vacantion in confort.

Good facilities. Friendly staff. The complimentary buggy was useful. Great restaurants just outside as is the 7/11 and laundrette
Bed was very hard

Location right at a very nice beach, staff are friendly and helpful and room was very spacious.
Everything is a bit dated

I love that I felt like I was in a tropical forest. The grounds are beautiful with loads of trees. The sounds of the birds and insects was amazing. The room was neat and very clean. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from and great coffee. The swim up beach bar was perfect, overlooking the ocean and beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants
Friendly, helpful staff. Loved it there!
Cant complain.

Gold buggies, multiple pools and general resort was lovely

Loved the Thai old style decor of the rooms beautiful authentic feeling, we had bath, no spa. The gardens are well maintained , beautiful and it is peaceful. Beach is raked and cleaned also, so no sand flies. We had a room on 1st floor (they say 2nd floor in Thailand) which we liked.
Room service was fast, the Thai dishes we had were wonderful (we didn’t eat from western menu) and breakfast, included was lovely , with fresh made scramble/omelette/fried eggs. Proper fresh orange juice. They make there own bread which was tasty.
Golf buggy to reception is great, if mobility issues, or just lazy!
It would suit family, couples and solo travels. If young and wanting to party maybe not the resort for you!
Please bear in mind covid pandemic hit the tourist industry hard, so little things as they maintain and repair are inevitable. Just tell manager Jj instead of leaving criticism. They try to resolve anything swiftly.
Sometimes staff communication gets lost, ie we asked for two pillows as only one, the first lot were lumpy and a bit damp from washing but staff dried them and returned the same two but always with a smile. 😃
Taxi’s are a little too expensive, but you can get Grab, or scooters.
Wished they did a lot more Thai dishes on menu, as it was authentic and very tasty.

Nice enough place and fairly good value for money. A little dated and things are broken or not working but overall its not a bad place.
We asked for a late checkout on one room because my travel companion has become sick but were refused. They said the hotel is fully booked and the room is needed but thats untrue as there is availability online. The staff are not very understanding st all which is a real shame. Otherwise the place is okay.

- Feuershow am Sonntag

- Zimmer sehr dunkel
- Pool war leider dreckig
- Preis/ Leistung im Restaurant war nicht fair
- 4 Tage lang wurden unsere Handtücher nicht gewechselt

Lage der Unterkunft.
Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Schöner Pool direkt am Meer.
Viele Strandliegen mit tollem Strand.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Zimmer hatte einen nicht schönen Eigengeruch.
Vor dem Zimmer ist die ganze Nacht ein Springbrunnen gelaufen der wirklich sehr laut war.

Was told I would get a refund for the reminder of the trip as my card was stolen by the manger and did not receive and compensation for not staying for half of my trip even though my room was rented out for accommodation
The toilet leaked from the back and flooded the bathroom
4.0
- nicely designed reception and entry
- room

Absolutely loved our 2 weeks' stay! This is our favourite place in Thailand!
The hotel looks far better then the photos suggest. The resort is so beautiful! We had a superior room which is 100 steps uphill, 5 min give or take (you start counting at some point 😅), so we considered thinking about the bungalows for our next stay, but we would take the superior again if we stay fot enough :)
We rented a car and tours and explored the island and for us this is THE best beach on the island.
We will definitely come back.. we fell in love with the island, the people in and around the resort in the little shops and restaurants, the location, the hotel, and the beach! We live at the beach in Croatia so that should say enough.
Buy lots of corns, mango's and passion fruit from the very nice guy at the beach next to the jet ski!!
Tasty and good selection breakfast, but a bit more variety on the hot/cooked dishes of western food would be a plus.
Also, update the info on the hotel services online and in room would be good.

Beach is very nice and calm. Breakfast has a good quality and enough variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are older than in the photos. We thought all rooms are bungalows like in the photos but we stayed in a big building with several rooms.

The hotel area is spacious and the venue of the beach is nice. Hopefully the hotel can be certify as a halal hotel.
The air conditioner was leaking ICE. Not water but ICE. The location between the entrance and our rooms is too far to walk.

Staff at the beach, restaurant and housekeeping super kind, bellboys as well. Nice pools and great access to the beach, nice variety at breakfast bouffet. Premier room is nice, bungalow is a mistake. Oh and the bed is alright but they should change pillows.
Stayed for a week in a premier room, liked it, spacious and well maintained. Midweek had a severe food poisoning from undercooked beans they serve at the salad bouffet for breakfast, I mistakenly thought it was the milk in the coffee machine. Two days gone for recovery. Was offered coconut as compensation... Then for the last day of my stay there, I asked to move to a bungalow to get another taste of the place closer to the beach, I thought more expensive but oh well I better treat nyself. The bungalow is designed nice but it smells terribly bad of mold and sewege. At that day of moving I tried a very small amount of beans unknowingly and again was poisoned, thankfully only for a few hours but horrible expirience throwing up two times in a week and having so many days of recovery instead of enjoyment of the place. Anyway, the day was gone with no beach time and no ability to move to another room for the smell. Sorry but I came for a vacation and this is just not alright.
The staff at the reception were a bit avoidant to help me with anything, but did help out after begging for some help with extra water, rice and bananas.
Also, the next day at breakfast they still had the same beans from the day before. Nobody was touching them but the worsr is that they didn't even pay attention to what happened.
Overall, bittersweet. But for a short stay would recommend, just check your satisfaction from the room well before hand.

The hotel is away from the nightlife of Chaweng so is ideal for families. It’s relatively easy to get a taxi or a song taew into this area if you should want to (albeit taxis on island are expensive so you have to just accept this). It’s a lovely, quiet location and the hotel has a really nice beach at the back and 2 small-ish pools, one with a beach bar. Sendnaa from the front desk was fantastic and gave us so much information before our stay, helped with taxis and was very helpful. We were there for New Year’s Eve and they put a great party on.
One thing that I noticed only was they seemed understaffed- there often appeared to be a lack of staff around the pool or on the beach to either take orders for drinks/ lunch. We are patient or asked someone when moving around but this may irk some.

the beach, location and the rooms.
the staff could have been a little bit nicer and more proficient in English and the workforce had a lack of effciency regarding waiting times, knowledge of cocktails and forgetting food and drinks.

The beach was great, wide, preaty clean, very helpful staff, shower, umbrellas, sunbeds, beachbar. Everything what you need.
Bungalows just steps from the beach.
Good kitchen, breakfast, variety of eggs, cheese, coffee machines, cappuchino and large mugs.
Sometimes waiters forget what food you order or you wait long long time

On the beach with lovely views. Kind and courteous staff. The room had a open/closed plan bathroom which suited different tastes..
Spacious accommodation also.
In the gym some things were in disrepair but that's just me I like a functioning gym but for many that wouldn't be a problem.
