Spacious and relaxing appartment

Very welcoming staff, absolutely helpful in the check in process as well as giving out suggestions and tips for the island. The location is really good, just a few steps from the beach, would highly recommend!

Great stay in Pairokia made all the better by a fabulous host and nice apartment.

The property was ideal for a family that includes two teenagers. It is located quite close to the beach and restaurants. Made to feel very welcome by Antonis who ensured we were well provided for including kindly picking us up and dropping us off back at the port. The welcome gifts were much appreciated and the facilities were met our needs perfectly.

great stay all around

excellent hotel & staff! Antonis was amazing, picked us up from port and dropped us off after check out. was super kind and helpful as well as the entire staff. very quiet at night. location was perfect, very convenient to main town and beach. if wanting to explore, short walk to rentals, bus, etc. would definitely stay again!

Superb

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a nice balkony. Anthonis, the owner, is super friendly. It was easy to contact him and he picked us up and dropped us off at the port.

There was some unexpected maintenance on an early sunday morning which caused noise.

huge apartment. great shower , great bed -very comfortable , small bathroom. excellent kitchen facilities, great host. loads of information, really caring guy.

If anyone asks where should I stay in Paros, without hesitation: "Ragousis Apartments"

Paros was the 3rd stop during our Greek adventure and the most relaxing of them all. Ragousis Apartments is a very charming, beautiful, comfortable, delightfully friendly, warm atmosphere, and exceptionally well-appointed property. Our group occupied 3 separate rooms. Each was a little different based upon their guest accommodation needs and location within the building; each unit made great use of its space. Our unit enjoyed 2 balconies/patios, a highly functional kitchen space with an apartment-sized fridge, more utensils than are typically found in vacation rentals, and a very relaxing living space. The unit we stayed in was EXACTLY as pictured - and even better in person. There are wonderful locking wood shutters with locking glass windowed doors behind them. This way you could allow for a natural breeze if you preferred over the very powerful AC. Obtaining extra blankets, pillows, and towels was also no issue. The property employs a very charming individual who took great care of us all during our 4-night stay in May of 2022. Being from the US, covid tests were required upon return. A clinic is conveniently located at the top of the road (a 10-min walk) no appointment needed. 10 EU done. On the same street as the clinic (just in the opposite direction about an additional 10-min walk) is a full-service grocery store. From the property, you are a 5-10min walk to the sea where there are many restaurants, coffee, gelato, bakery, a gym, stores, and of course beaches to lounge. If you are looking for a wonderful meal, great service, and reasonable prices, go to Cavo D'oro and ask for Nick (tell him Di from San Diego sent you). FYI, The property is about 25-mins from the airport. In conclusion, I highly recommend this property on the basis of my travel "C" needs: cleanliness, convenience/location, cost/value, customer service, communication, and character. I will be back to this property in the future.

I really can't think of anything that could have made our stay better. The Ragousis Apartments really met and exceeded all of our expectations.

the apartment was beautiful. the owner was extremely accommodating. it was a wonderful stay.

the fan in the room next to the kitchen made a loud rattling sound. the shower temperature was not consistent.

Incredible once again 🏝

Every year I visit Ragousis Apartments and the experience feels unique each time! An extra comfort this summer was the renovated bathrooms. Great decoration! Can’t wait to visit again next year 🍉!!!!

Great Guest

Antonis was super kind, the check was great, he Picked up at the Ferry port and help us with the luggage. The welcome was with a fresh drink that was perfect for our arrival. The apartment is cozy, with a lot of space. It had 2 beds. The toilet and shower with nice quality brands. The kitchen full equipped but we didn’t use it. Windows with wood extra window to make it dark. Room was cleaned and towels replaced. Antonis brought us back to the port and help us with everything.

Everything was fine for our stay. To say something to improve is a bit of noise if the room is in front of the road. The fridge we disconnected to avoid the noise and was fine. The beds are a bit hard if you are used to soft ones.

Exceptional

Everything is great in this accomodation. The host, Antonis, was very helpful and kind. He contacted us before our arrival to let us know about the transportation options and give us information on restaurants, beaches and landmarks around the island. The room was really clean; the cleaner was taking care of it every day. Worth mentioning given the COVID situation is the fact that it was also very well sanitized. They are also offering a small bottle of wine from a local producer. The location is very good also. Close to beach and many restaurants. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Very good

Authentic greek place without sofisticate. Close to the beach, and many good restaurants seafront, on one side of the bay of Parikia. Center reachable with 15m walk. We got an upgrade at arrival to a larger apartment with a large terrace.

Quite close to a road with some traffic all day, noise was not pleasant.

Always great to be back!!

Spacious apartment! Incredible renovated bathroom! The staff was very friendly! The property was very clean and properly equipped against Covid-19. Definitely a safe and wonderful destination!

Exceptional

It was the first time I visited Ragousis Apartments and I will definitely visit again!! Incredible hospitality! The owner welcomed us very warmly! Our room was sunny, very clean and comfortable! Livadia beach was just a few meters away on foot! For sure value for money! A wonderful destination!!
