La habitación es cómoda y amplia. La cama es cómoda y el desayuno estaba muy completo.

Una vergüenza que hace dos meses que estoy esperando una factura con RUT. No tenian POS ni cambio para cobrarme en efectivo, tuve que hacer una transferencia. En el baño, perdía agua el bidet y durante el desayuno estaba helado, ni un aire prendido. No solo no me han respondido sino que me bloquaron el celular al que estaba comunicandome.

La amabilidad del personal de recepción.

Decía tener piscina climatizada y no era cierto. Los yacuzzis de las habitaciones están sin conexión deliberadamente. El agua caliente sólo alcanza para un ducha rápida, no para bañarse ni para ducharse dos.

La piscina estaba bien, el desayuno muy rico, buena atención del personal, nos dejaron ingresar y dejar el equipaje antes de tiempo

Un poco descuidada las instalaciones, faltan arreglos!, la limpieza medio pelo, había un jabón del inquilino anterior en el tocador y varias arañas, la cama de nos partió durmiendo una siesta.

La ubicación

Es un hotel al cual le falta mantenimiento, es barato relativamente pero le falta que le den un poco de cariño a sus instalaciones, y la limpieza no es muy efectiva, el desayuno súper bien, variado y rico, la piscina no tiene el mantenimiento que debería, a mi gusto falta limpieza. El personal muy bien.

La ubicación del Hotel es buena y accecible. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Muy mala la condición del colchón de dos plazas. El monocomando de la bacha del baño estaba suelto. La bacha del baño se llenaba de agua mientras uno la usaba aunque no se estancaba. No limpiaron nuestra habitación. El desayuno ofrecían buenas opciones pero por ejemplo el "huevo revuelto" no se mantanía caliente. Un día estuvo casi frío y otro directamente frío.

It is the second time I stay in the hotel and get disappointed due to the deterioration of the rooms

Pool, location and bredfast -in decrescent order- are the only remarkable items of this hotel. Pool, despite the near yaccusi was not operational Location is near everything in Punta del Este and Maldonado. Bredfast is OK despite the dining room is not.

The property needs deep maintenance. Initially they assigned a room to us where the TV doesn't work because the convert box has been removed. When I mentioned it, they move us to an inferior room where: The refrigerator was not connected because their plug type was different than the wall outlet type. When I mentioned this situation, they change the refrigerator that apparently works but, in the morning, I discovered that my beverages were not cold. In that moment I discovered that some of the wall outlets doesn't have power. Also, the air conditioner has the diffusor broken and water drops from it permanently. Some closet's hinges are broken. But the worst is a bud smell that coming from the restroom sink due to the absence of the sink elbow. Please use some of the profit you got from the expensive rate you charge to do a deep maintenance of the rooms.!!

Horrible experience!

The (evening) staff are lovely, super friendly, kind and very accommodating. Breakfast was OK to get the day started, though very limited and basically consists only of bread.

Not sure what the rooms are like on floor 1 and above, but the rooms (10, 6 and 4) on the ground level are horrendous. Was originally given room 10, but asked to be moved as the stench of humidity and chlorine were too much for me. As a result, I saw rooms 6 and 4, and remained in the latter. The issue of humidity persisted in room 4, as if there's (been) a water leak at some point.. The wallpaper rubs off white colour when you touch it. Furniture is in a miserable condition: terrace chairs about to fall apart; the legs of the bed literally came off after lying in bed; open the cupboard and there's a gigantic hole with cables dangling out from it inside; towels no longer have seams, so as soon you pulll just a little, they tear apart; the bed, a sinkhole, which made for the worst sleep on this trip! The rooms were not even clean properly, especially not the bathrooms.. looking too close revealed more dirt than I felt comfortable with. And then there's the insect party: dozens of sowbugs make their way into the room at night, so best not to turn the light on. What's more, no internet in the rooms inspite of the router in front of room no 4. WiFi only works in the (uncomfortable) lobby. The hotel certainly isn't the most expensive one (50 USD/night) but this was an absolute mess.

Have been trying to receive the receipt for my stay since it is required by my employer and has been impossible. Very poor customer support. Unfortunately, they waited until after I paid to tell me that it would be mailed, but so far has not been true and responses from the staff are non existent.

Defective aircon destroyed my camera - ZERO COMPENSATION. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Nothing good to say, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.ee

The worst place I have ever stayed. The aircon in my room leaked water over night and has destroyed my 4K video camera fully! The management blamed it on me, leaving my things on the table placed under the aircon, although just few centimeters away from my belongings, there was also the television standing. They simply said it's my mistake and paid zero compensation. Can you even imagine? It's WORSE THAN STEALING from a customer! I would NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I have lost 500 dollars on my 4K camera, broken by the hotel's defective equipment (aircon). NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!
