Had most of the comforts with a stunning view.

The rooms were very clean, roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was recently renovated and very modern. Loved the view from our porch, it was stunning.

The bed was uncomfortable, very soft and dipped in the middle.

Strahan my old stomping ground

The view from the room out to the river mouth was divine, upgrading is well worth the value Congratulations on the room renovations amazing 👏 Wine bar was enjoyable pror to dinner Checkout, was the simplest I have ever undertaken well done

Que at checkin, more staff required Restaurant was closed on a night that appeared the facilities was the busiest Wine bar was shut by 08.00, went out for a meal fishnchips to return to enjoy the sunset over a beer, nope 😪

Great stay - highly recommend

The room was recently refurbished and the facilities were great. We had a view out over the bay and conveniently located right next to the bar/restaurant. Highly recommend!

The buffet at the main restaurant was a little disappointing, but we did enjoy the food at the Hamars bistro

Most enjoyable stay, close to everything.

Location and views from balcony were great.

Only complaint was when using the laudromat. Two out of three driers were out of order and no washing powder.

Disappointed

You have three restaurant but even if you put them in one room it would form one - disappointed is a understatement when you don’t even serve a bowl of chips with a meal due to technical issues which are printed and laminated so clearly on going or pre planned - i wouldn’t recommend staying here tbh

Great location but check on room first.

Position great. Buffet both dinner and breakfast excellent. Great bar with great view for sunset drinks.

Room very small, bathroom tiny and oh so dated. Room not very clean. Be careful for which room you get on this website. If no photo of bathroom on Booking.com go looking on actual property website. The premises did have better rooms with better amenities.

Attractive room with an excellent view. Great value for money..

The room was very attractive and had an excellent view over the harbour. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and appeared to have been newly installed. The Wi-Fi in the room was very good. The price was reasonable for the quality of the room. All very clean.

The room was quite cold and we could not get it to warm up. The coal effect fire looked good but didn’t really give out much heat. There was no breakfast on the days we stayed but we used The Kitchen, a nearby restaurant, which is owned by the hotel. The food was very good and reasonably priced in here.

A comfortable nights stay with unexpected luxury.

We were upgraded to a suite.king bed was supremely comfortable.spacious rooms. Good quality fittings and interior decorating. Good block out curtains.quiet. central location,no stairs.

A generally comfortable room, well appointed, and centrally located.

The Village is located near the Strahan foreshore. The room we were allocated was well appointed and generally very comfortable, and is quiet at night. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful (a special mention to Alex).

The facility is obviously going through an upgrade, and given the relative absence of eateries in Strahan the provision of a microwave might have been helpful. The pillows were not as comfortable as they might have been. Ha

It was a bit noisy and the flood lights were on all night, could be pointed down a bit more.

We will visit Strahan again, as we want to go on the boat and train trips.

The View on the balcony of our room was great, very nice. The room was nice, but needed an update. Breakfast was quite nice and had not a bad selection. Pub and the restaurant, we went to was very lovely and food was fantastic.

The settie in the sitting room of our room was old and very saggy.

Strahan was all that we imagined & more.

Loved Strahan Village, perfect location to relax & chill for a few days. So peaceful & beautiful scenery. Our terrace apartment was very spacious. Loved the outlook over the water. Plenty of facilities nearby.

The TV was often pixelated. Didn't have the full range of channels eg ABC or SBS.

Beautiful view,beds were comfortable.

The whole place is in need of a refurbishment, fridge was leaking water and exhaust fan and air conditioning was noisy, the windows had cobwebs on them as well, couch was very uncomfortable and old. Rooms on the esplanade didn't have air conditioning just an old box fan.

We would stay here again when visiting Strahan

Nothing to complain about at all. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged for us to dine at the buffet restaurant even though we arrived late. The room was nice, and I wish we had stayed there for a couple more days. The hotel is near the pier where cruises start, just a minute on foot.

Very good

We stayed in a harbour view room and it was a truly exceptional view - the room was huge, and very comfortable. The reception staff assisted with booking dinner and gave us information on local walks - very helpful and friendly. We also went on the heritage cruise of the Gordon River and thoroughly recommend!
