Very disappointed.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was good.

Booked because it was listed as disability access. It certainly was not. Unable to move around safely with walking aid in rooms due to winding hall and doors to bedroom. Shower was not accessible. Definitely would not be accessible by wheelchair. Steep stairs to pool deck made pool inaccessible.Should not be listed as disability accessible as it certainly is not. 3 nights of not being able to shower or use facilities while relying on family to help move from room to room is not what is expected from a property listed as disability accessible.

Very disappointed from description to actually what it is. Very expensive for city views when advertised as ocean views

Easy location to the city centre and its activities

The glass balcony was filthy covered in smudges and sea salt crust . The laundry Floor waste floods when using the washing machine. The rust was coming through the window sill in the double bedroom. The room was advertised as an ocean view apartment with the only ocean view is from outside on a balcony. 6 large windows with no ocean views unless your on the veranda

was beyound our expectations and this meant wee we hadle a memorable stay which we would repeat .

the aparttment exceeded expectations and the beds were recently replaced. parking needed smoe care because the gate was too low for openind the rear door on my suv.

Great apartment with helpful staff.

customer service, well presented, roomy, clean. I made a mistake with my original booking and they were very accommidating and responsive in their assistance. we will look to stay here again when next in town.

we booked a city view appartment in the the booking photos we had a balcony and we were given a ground floor unit with a overflow car park straight out side the bedroom sliding door no privacy and poor lift access to the basement

all was clean but the stove griller was fatty n there was splashed of fat on the wall near the power points in the corner of the kitchen..

The view was terrific and the apartment very well appointed with everything that was needed for our stay. Close to restaurants and shops.

Nothing really. The road noise on the balcony during the day was high but expected once we saw the location.

Disappointed with some aspects-but overall ok and met expectations for comfort and location

Excellent comfort, location and cleanliness

Terrible lift access, only one lift, we had to wait a long time to use the lift on exiting and carried numerous bags numerous times down the stairwell. If people can’t use the lift we shouldn’t be asked to bring garbage down to ground floor bins. Not suitable for people with disabilities or chronic illness. Booked ground floor but given higher floor. Should have been told the lift access was restricted. Didn’t park in car park as we couldn’t get out of car as there were fences between car parks.

Huge apartment with amazing views & balcony. Awesome walk in wardrobe! Great location, a few minutes walk to main beach and shops.

Stunning Luxury Apartment

The apartment was spacious, modern and light, the views from every room were amazing and we loved the access to the outside on the large balconies. The family loved watching the stars from the jacuzzi. We were entertaining family from the UK and had everything we needed for a comfortable, luxury stay.
