A pousada é boa mas a estadia foi tumultuada

Pousada bem situada, a 5 min do centro a pé. Sensação de segurança p o deslocamento a pé. Pousada limpa, bonita, bom café da manhã. Suíte de bom tamanho, chuveiro gostoso. Cama confortável. Funcionários educados!

Fiquei 3 noites: em duas delas, hóspedes dos quartos vizinhos fizeram mta bagunça ( adolescentes) c correria nos corredores, gritos e nada foi feito p coibir. Em alguns dias da semana a pousada recebeu excursões de estudantes de fora. Compreendo q a pousada busque diversificar seus negócios, mas p quem se hospeda lá não é legal: café da manhã mto cheio, piscina lotada, mto vozerio. A proposta de cobrança dos 10% de taxa de serviços (opcional) tem de ficar mais clara. Chega a ser constrangedor. Não pode ser colocada no demonstrativo de pagamento e daí o cliente opta por pagar ou não. Não gostei do sistema. Qdo escolhi a pousada, o preço foi um dos critérios e isso me fez desistir de outras. Precisa ser repensado isso!

מקום נחמד עם בריכה נהדרת

בריכה נהדרת ומתחם יפה עם גינה. הצוות חביב ועוזר בכל דבר ועניין. חדר מרווח ומקלחת מצוינת. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת.

למזרון המיטה היה ריח מעט טחוב ולמרות שביקשתי להחליף מצעים, זה לא נעשה לצערי. בנוסף, האוכל במסעדה יקר בצורה לא מוצדקת, והמיקום מרוחק מעט מהמרכז ומהמסעדות. יש הרגשה שהמחיר יקר מדי עבור התמורה.

Tamanho, cama boa, banheiro bom

Quarto próximo de área onde as pessoas ficam conversando e isso atrapalhou na hora de dormir pois não tem limite de horário para ter silêncio. Pousada ter acesso a excursões de adolescentes em grande quantidade e eles falarem alto demais e incomodar. Sugiro que avisem quando tiver este tipo de estadia para termos surpresa.

Be aware of the photos, they are NOT what they pretend to be.

Swimming poll is nice, garden kiosk also nice, mattress & coton sheets are good too, the hot shower with plenty of water was also appreciated.

Be aware!!! The 61 property photos on Booking will give you the FALSE impression that most rooms are facing the garden/pool area, with private balconies and hammocks, this IS NOT TRUE AT ALL, of the 52 rooms only 12 are actually "good rooms", ALL THE OTHERS, despite pompous names like "Queen Superior Suite" are cramped shoebox size rooms with a ceiling so low you can touch it just rising your arms and equipped with only one small front window that opens to a public internal corridor or to the parking lot where anyone passing by can see you truly, requiring the shades to stay permanently closed. The 40 "bad rooms" (not depicted in the property photos) are located behind one of the two parking lots (Motel 6 style) so the best thing you would view anyway is your own car. Other "non parking lot" rooms are even worst, facing the narrows of internal/service corridors or the employees access/quarters. They should have hired a better architect thats for sure. Upon arrival I felt defrauded, paying way to much money for what I was getting back. Over and over I witnessed other guests arriving and complaining about felling also misleaded by the "Superior Rooms" naming when in reality they were getting the worst possible accommodation in the property. I myself payed over R$9.000,00 for 4 nights x 2 "Queen Superior Suite" and felt like an idiot. Worth to mention too: the breakfast was pretty basic for such "wanna be" hotel. I will never get back here.

They included values when I did the checkout not mentioned in the reservation: service not included in the price.

Superb

The humid sauna and the pool were really nice! Very good and hygienic breakfast!

The curtains did not obstruct the light completely, so it is hard to sleep in.
