必要にして十分な中身のある宿

部屋でコーヒーや紅茶が飲めたり、冷蔵庫があるので買ってきて保存できるので重宝しました。ラインがあれば簡単に充電できる受け口がありよく利用しました。ロンドン着時最初に泊まり、気に入って最後の日にまた利用しました。

中心地から離れているのがたまに傷

Clean and well located efficiently run hotel that is good value for London but spartan.

The room was fine and the bathroom particularly spacious, with corner bath and shower, but the mattress was thin so not very comfy and the furnishings spartan. Breakfast was OK (what was offered as 'continental', which I didn't have, was not continental but cornflakes!) The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

There could have been a real continental breakfast.

rude staff don’t speak English well and had to pay £100 holding deposit which should been returned next day and wasn’t told 5 days next morning after to be told they gave it to us which it wasn’t said maybe I spent it was paid by card

Déçu par les prestations.

Petit déjeuner correct mais pas très varié. On se lasse vite du Full English breakfast avec oeufs/saucisses/beans

chambre très petite (c'était annoncé mais je ne m'attendais pas à si petite) avec un poteau au milieu! une mini-penderie pour 2 (avec 2 cintres!) et une seule table de nuit ! Salle de bains douche+WC petite. Est surcoté

A basic hotel with kind staff; I saw different people working from the time of arrival and they were all kind.

I picked this hotel for the proximity to Lee Valley Ice rink where my daughter was competing at the Synchro championships. The train station is at short walk from the hotel which can be helpful if you want to visit London attractions but on Sunday train service is not frequent so I stayed round the area.

The room I was in was £85 for the night plus £10 for the private parking which I was not made aware of at the time of booking. However the staff let me keep the car there for longer as I could only pick it up after 5 pm on Monday at the end of the competition. The room has a pillar just near the wardrobe and it is small but has a kettle and some tea/ coffee if you need one.

The room and hotel definitely do not match the images on booking.com Very expensive for a cupboard in the ghetto No drinking water in the rooms. Id photocopied and keys have to be handed in every time you leave hotel to monitor who's in the building due to the area. Breakfast was vile!

Convenient solution that saved me a lot of driving in and out of London on strike days.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

The building was a bit stuffy and smelly, especially in the corridors. I think maybe renovations were underway to improve this. Hopefully once the painting with I saw is done the carpet will get replaced.

Horrible dirty run down hotel. This property is one star not three star.

Decent location for NE London. friendly staff on desk.

Room was horrible. Smelt of mould and damp. Could see from the top of the stairs where mould had been painted over and was now coming back. The bed bases were bare and absolutely filthy. (although linen on the mattress and the duvet were clean) No wardrobe - not even a chair to hang clothes on. Toilet had what looked like cigarette butts floating in it. No fresh toilet roll provided. Was only staying for one night and had no alternative so didn’t bother complaining.

Hostel/Hotel?

- the Spanish lad was polite and helpful - was lucky to get a space in the car park for the time there (£10/day) - decent bed for a night sleep - plenty of coffee/tea/milk for the room - no noise from outside (but plenty from other rooms) - some good takeaways around - an upgrade from a hostel in terms of not sharing room/bathroom however would not return

- the room from the pics not matched reality, layout not made sense in terms of: could not open wardrobe door due to bed, fridge next to bed making on and off noises, no lamp/bedside table - cleanliness poor: hair remaining from a shave on the bathroom wall, all kind of marks on the sheets - no water pressure and the drainage awfully slow - smell of cigarettes (most likely other hosts do actually smoke in the rooms) - the bathroom rug/towel with holes in it (unsure why even put out for use) - the cash/card issue: was allowed to pay with card at reception for a bottle of water one night and the night after being told off by another gent that is not correct and showed me something scribbled on a paper in pen - the entire key/buzz system: if you leave for the day you have to leave the key and in the evening/night entrance is on a buzz (nevermind waiting outside for someone to pick up...) making the experience a nervous and anxious one, making it obvious is an unsafe area

Lovely small hotel

I was here for three days, the location was perfect and the room was great. All cleaned, well presented, with kettle, coffee and tea bags. The breakfast was brilliant, and on my opinion all the staff were very nice and warm. I will book again with them, and 100% will recommend to friends and family.

Perhaps, a bit noisy. As my room was right facing the street.

Hotel room tired and slightly grubby....but restaurant sparkling clean and good!

Restaurant and breakfast were clean and well presented. Breakfast choice was good. 24hr reception was good. Room was warm and had a good shower.

Toilet was right next to radiator making it hard to use. Room itself could have done with a good clean. Cup was not clean and had coffee runs on it. Bed was right by window making it draughty and noisy. One very flat pillow each. Light pull absolutely caked in dust and chewing gum. TV didn't work. Not really impressed given the price.

Great!

The room was very well clean, its in a good location for public transportation. The staff was very nice.

The beds are a bit too soft, for me that was something bad. Might not be for other people.
