The room was spacious and the location is good.

It is an old building with old furniture, poor housekeeping. Room was a bit overpriced.

very comvienienr and comfortable and a nice breakfaat next mornong

we were stopping over for one night to catch early ferry to mainland after one month in Sicily, hotel was a good price and location to ferry terminal to get back to mainland and close to a good restaurant and a nice little granita bar nearby for a last hurrah! breakfast included was a good way to start the day the morning coffee was great!

we were not looking for anything fancy our room was spacious clean and comfortable but our little fridge did not work although staff were great about it and put our picnic for the train journey next day in the kitchen fridge

Quality, value, clean and safe

Everything- it is a quality hotel for a great price - located close to train station (5 minute walk), clean large room with friendly staff and a great breakfast!

Some noise from the street at times but given it’s in the city center it’s to be expected at times.

Exceptional

The breakfast was excellent. They were out of their way to provide the most divine gluten-free brioche (I have coeliac disease). It's also conveniently located across from a wonderful gluten-free bakery.

Very nice stay. We recommend this place!

Very nice stay. Hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral, so it was very convenient for us to get there and sightsee. The service is very polite and we really enjoyed breakfasts and great coffee 🙂 Rooms are clean and a deffinite plus is big shower. I would visit the place once again.

Our room was a bit too dark, but overall it was a great stay.

Excellent location and value for money

Great friendly service from Dominico. Good-sized room. Good location within five minutes walk to the port and the same to the main shopping centre. Breakfast included a very wide range of items.

No tea-making facility initially in room but this was sorted easily enough with Booking.com's help.

Convenient stay after the ferry

Very close to the harbour. Perfect for arriving passengers in the evening. Large room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

AC was not working properly (it was a big room). The room itself was old and smelled a bit. Also poorly lit. The elevator is super old and scarry, but worked. Basic breakfast.

Excellent for a short stay

Excellent location, everything was close: the central station, historical center, shops, cafes, restaurants. The room and bathroom were small, but quite comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate by Italian standards ( big choice of pastry and some cold cuts and eggs).

The location is great, 5 min from the central clock. There is free parking in front of the hotel, and they let us park there even after we checked out. The room is very big, lots of natural light, big bathroom, AC working well

The appliances are clearly a bit old and rusty, the AC a little noisy

Good position, walking distance from hydrofoil to Villa San Giovanni, as well as train station. comfortable room, very big bathroom. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast.

Location is perfect, very close to the main attractions. The breakfast is good. There is not so many options, but you can find quality in the products they offered. The room was big, but a little old. Maybe need some repairs in the painting and in the bathroom. Air conditioning was not working.

Mainly the information about parking should be revised on the website. The parking is on the street, and syringa day hours you have to pay. So there is no parking for clients

We had a nice stay at this hotel!

The location was just right for us, near both the ferry dock and the train station. Our corner room was spacious, breakfast was fine, and good restaurant options were suggested to us.
