We loved the outdoor. Unfortunately we could not use the swimming pool. But it appeared to be lovely
Rooms was a little tired needs a revamp... But large and cool with air con and extremely clean
3.7
Very disappointed
No air-conditioning
No swimming in pool
The room was really dated
Bed and cushions uncomfortable.
Would not go back !!
Staff simply did not care.
3.7
Large bedroom size. The staff were friendly and assisted me with on-the-ground decisions.
A bit far from public transport, which made getting to and from the venue a lot more strenuous.
3.7
The staff, the owners they were hands on. They made us feel at home in their hotel. Food was great. Room was very nice.
The cost of transport to center city Rome. 14 miles away at a cost of 100€ one way. Outrageous!!!

so clean and good staff.😊👍

Nice territory, decent breakfast (if you get early and there is still something left), warm room, good price
The hotel is worn, during the breakfast the staff don’t add anything so if you’re not early chances are you will be left hungry. The restaurant at the hotel was awful, we had a pasta and ravioli for dinner and it was extremely salty.

location
really bad breakfast, there was a lot of noose at night from people staying at the hotel. shouting, music, banging on walls

Nice spacious room, bathroom a little dated, but very clean. Staff excellent so helpful . Some had excellent English, but all kind. Would definitely recommend. Bus service into metro for Rome, close by. Day pass for 8euro good value. Would not recommend driving into Rome.
Mostly Italian, which was good, but a bit confusing. A few local maps, bus and train guides would be great

The hotel was in a good location, family suite was big and comfortable and it had a lovely pool. The lunch and evening food was excellent as was the staff.
Our room was a little old fashioned compared to what I saw on here, however I think they have been in process of upgrading the hotel and we did book last minute and hotel was busy. The bathroom and bedroom finishings could do with updating however it was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was well stocked but a little on the sweet pastry side. 2 of our family are gluten free and the choice at breakfast was limited.

Close to the sights such as Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana. Pool area looks nice but can hardly be used if you're in the area to see the sights. Pool hours are very limited
We couldn't check in because there was no internet at that moment, which i find very strange for a hotel. After visiting the sights (Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana, very worthwhile) we got back wanting only one thing: a dip in the pool! To our utter surprise however, they close the pool at 6pm!! And in the morning no swimming before 9:30am, about the time you either need to check out or go and see the sights...
They never told us about the pool hours when we came and tried to check in which they should have so we could have taken that into account and come back sooner to the hotel.
Also the breakfast was very limited and they looked cross when we went outside to have our breakfast, after we did others followed...

A nice comfortable hotel in a Roman-style palace. The breakfast under palms near a swimming pool is perfect. A parking place in front of the hotel is very valuable.

Staff outstanding and very helpful.
Nothing.
3.7
Friendly staff, overall cleanliness, breakfast was nice.
The decor in rooms bit outdated, and subtitles available in other languages would have been great, all channels on TV were in Italian.
3.7
Very basic, but clean hotel with good food
Breakfast was a bit limited
