Posizione comoda e parcheggio interno.

The staff were Very friendly and helpful . The pool was lovely. It was great to wake up every morning to see Mount Etna .
Other than the beach there wasn’t a lot around it eg restaurants etc
4.5
Hotel is in nice place with a view to volcano. Have a big pool and close to the pebble beach other side of the street. Good rooms, nice shower tiles, everything working and clean. Beautiful garden with fruits. Restaurant food delicious, good service. Could order Etna region wine, friendly prices.
The cars sometimes driving in front of your room terrace, sharing the same footpath to entrance. Isn't easy to come with the public transport.

The breakfest was very good, and the location is super.
Our rooms were a little bit noise.

We loved the amazing pool which was kept really clean, and the views of Mount Etna. There were plenty of loungers and seating areas and the food was gorgeous! The hotel gardens were really pretty too. We also liked the bar, the restaurant and the friendly, helpful staff! They were so kind. The hotel has a beach lido where you can get a great selection of food and drink during the day. Our room was cleaned daily and was very spacious for a family of four. WiFi was strong and the kids appreciated being able to log onto Netflix. Breakfast was included - there was a nice selection to choose from, and a cheeky espresso if you asked the staff nicely rather than coffee from the machine. There were restaurants within walking distance in Riposto and Fondacello.
The local area was full of rubbish and litter, loads of torn bags of refuse were just dumped by the road. Such a shame. The bed covers were a bit old and tatty and the children found their mattresses springy.

Inside building, rooms and pool were very clean.
Staff was prompt to check in, courteous and helpful. They provide parking. Location bear the beach. The Beach lido was clean Organized and offer good food. Nice music and good , courteous staff.
Hard to find. TheHotel didn’t have the Name .
The outside appearance wasn’t good. Building needs maintenance. Breakfast could be better.
Web-side didn’t mention the beach has a cost. They didn’t 0ffer changing area for people to use after check out and wanted to spend the day at the pool or beach.

Clean, really friendly staff, good walking distance to town, good car park, really clean pool area, children and adults respected to shower before jumping in the pool, fair prices in the minibar, a small breakfast was served when we left at 3am in the morning with a good coffee. Good driving distance for the entire eastern island.
The breakfast included is only partial with no nutella to go with the quite good mini croissants and only hard boiled eggs
3.5
What we liked most was the dinners around the pool and the view of Etna. Also the DJ and the background music during the dinners were very nice. We also liked the quality of the pool.
Breakfast was based on cakes and many of them overdue. Hardly any fruit.
What we liked the least was the closing time of the pool, at 6 pm they collected all the sun loungers and we had to leave. In a place of such heat, where the days are so long, that time is too early to have to leave the space. The information about the beach and the availability of towels was contradictory. When we arrived we were informed that the beach was paid for and the towels too.
Regarding the price we consider it high for the quality of services.

A classic hotel with everything you need. Friendly staff all round. Food was very good. Everything was clean and comfortable. I will suggest having your own transport here as it is a bit off the beaten track if you want to get around. However there is a taxi service and bus service in the nearby town.

It was far away from the train station or the city centre. If you don’t have car I won’t recommend this hotel.

Swimming pool was nice.
Everything was very clean
Staff is available all the time and very friendly
There was a party during one night of our stay at the hall and restaurant below and the music was really loud. It was difficult to sleep. And it lasted atleast until 1 am..so that was just a bit annoying.
Beds were a bit hard too.

The hotel is located directly beneath the slopes of Mount Etna, if you are intent on scaling the volcano then it's a good place to start. My wife was taken with the swimming pool swimming lengths beneath the volcano is an interesting experience whilst the super cold Austrian lager served at the bar was definitely a hotel highlight.
Unfortunately the advent of the cruise ship on general tourism is such that many traditional 1960s tourist locations have simply been wiped out, there is a sense of neglect surrounding the hotel and its general locality, rubbish remains uncollected on the streets whilst the grey volcanic beach speaks volumes of the former and now past glory of the region in terms of tourism. The hotel which was undoubtedly built to harness the 60s tourist boom requires a major reinvestment in terms of general presentation, as a surveyor I would recommend that the ancient and rusting air-conditioning system be investigated immediately as a potential source of legionella.

Good value for money
Super clean, nice restaurant

Adequate breakfast, nothing exceptional
Room was clean and comfortable, but backed on to kitchen. Quite a lot of noise very early morning and late into the evening. Entrance through French doors, no through draft, doors closed at night to prevent stray cats from entering. Only air through AC
