Most incredible place I've ever staying in

The view was the best I've ever stayed in absolutely breathtaking and it was the best location by far. I will 100 percent be back to stay here. We loved it.

Leaving, we actually extended our stay longer because it was that good

One of the lifts was out of order our whole stay and unfortunately the other one also broke down. We had to walk upstair

Disappointing this time round.

Great location across from the beach

Black mould in bathroom above shower and above bath. Lifts were down for a good part of the day, some poor stayers who were elderly were on floor 20 and had to find alternative accommodation for the entire day until life was fixed. Executive lounge had a fault with electrical appliances and flicked the power fuse out. When I contacted reception, the number listed in the counter failed to work. Te reception phone connected to nothing and when I located another number on google was told no one was onsite to take a look. The electrical cupboard was locked and not able to be accessed. We were part way through cooking and had to relocate all Our cooking and belongings back up to the until for 10 people. Very disappointing.

Perfect stay for a winter getaway with your girlfriends or family

we loved the position, loved the unit as it had heaps of room, great views and great verandahs. The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and little extras. We have booked to come again next year, thank you for a great time. Ps the Weather was amazing for June, we swam in the pool, spa and the ocean :)

i can only say the carpet needs to be updated. There is water stains. My only complaint

loved it, any negatives were tiny compared to how much we e joyed our stay.

loved balcony, location, spacious airy feel, the sunrise, the view and the beach over the road. also loved the pool and spa.

would be good to provide at least two towels per person, dishwasher tabs, and a kitchen cleaning clothe. also, our key got stuck in the lock which made us loose a half day, would have been nice to have this recognized.

Beautiful view and location. Comfy beds.

Location and view were amazing. Didn't need to use our car at all for the whole stay. Close to restaurants and shops and the Sunday market was right across the road.

Couldn't find a BBQ anywhere in the outdoor area. Was supposed to be messaged with instructions to get in after hours, but did not receive anything until I called myself and then they were sent to me. Don't know what would have happened, if I didn't call during office hours to get the instructions.

Amazing location, great apartment.

The location was awesome, the facilities were great, the apartment was great for a family.

The bed was very firm, couldn't find any glassware to drink from, only plastic.

We love location and the building and will be coming back next year.

Brilliant location - we love coolangatta

The room could use a good deep clean and spruce up for the price range we're in. Dirty windows, and bits and pieces of maintenance - I noticed the shower head in the ensuite was cracked and leaking. One of the television remotes was held together with tape.

well it turned out a disaster, in the end and we were only there for 3 hours when this happened, we had come to go to a

I have stayed here a few times and have always loved it.

well I slipped on the very slippery balcony, and have 3 fractures in my ankle, have been operated on on Thursday. can’t do anything for 6 weeks then recovery another at least 8 weeks. Very disappointed in reflections, my husband told them next morning while I was still in hospital, but no response except to say here is the email to send to as to what happened, did that last Monday as I didn’t want it to happen to anyone else, but no response back whatsoever, I find this very upsetting, no duty of care at all, so that is why the rating, I hope I hear something soon.

Superb

the garbage disposal was extremely unhygienic & exuded the most disgusting smell throughout the unit. We coped by putting a plate over it & not using that sink. Otherwise it was a beautiful apartment.

Great location, tidy apartment, perfect views.

great location right across from the beach, 25m length swimming pool for training, apartment had great layout and good kitchen supplies (even sealed containers for packing food on day trips). pool table was great for the teenage kids.

the mattress was way too soft and gave me a sore back.
