Ótima localização

Ambiente muito limpo,e cpzinha equipada ,toalhas de banho super branquinhas e cheirosas. Casa de banho impecável. E perto da praia. De certeza voltaremos!!

Calme, propre et bien équipé !

Nous avons passé 1 seule nuit. Le logement est conforme. Bien équipé et literie confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique. Possibilité de se garer facilement. Vila nova est agréable !

Nice, good value for money, as expected

Exactly as described. Balcony. View from the bed onto the field next doors. Very calm Very friendly staff. Clean. Was cleaned every day. Comfy bed. Large bathroom.

Wifi: Our room was the furthest away, so we almost always lost connection. Had to download Netflix at the window. Living room could be a bit cozier. Information from staff (super markets) was inaccurate, several times.

Disappointed

The location, very clean, staff very friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable, light on the outside work with a sensor so all night the lights are on and off, the room had a lovely varanda, unfortunately we couldn't use it cos there is nothing , like a parasol or something so we can seat under the shade for meals. I booked a one bedroom apartment, I was given a studio , which is very small, very expensive for such a little place , bathtub was rusty , the bathroom door we couldn't close it cos was all broken at the bottom..

- Great location. Calm surroundings - Cosy apartment with well divided settings (dining room, bedroom and bathroom) and spacious enough. Comunitary terrace - Soap for hands, hair and body. Also hairdresser - Clean towels and cleaning of the apartment is done on a daily basis - Good check-in and check-out availability. An emergency phone number is provided for any trouble from 00-08 h.

Electric kitchen is old and a lot of time is needed to boil water... Not the ideal place to cook, even though good enogh for an 'emergency' during holidays

Good option but overpriced

The location of the place is very good and the staff was friendly. The apartment is equipped with the essential stuff you may need for a short stay. Overall, it is a comfortable stay, but I think it is overpriced for what you get.

There were several things broken in the apartment, including the toilet sink and bidet. Although the staff was friendly when we approached them with that issue, they did not make an effort to fix it or to move us to another apartment. The staff was also cleaning our terrace with us inside of the room, making a lot of noise in the morning. For this rate/night, I am sure you can find better options in Milfontes.

Good. Central in a small area. Very clean - and cleaned on the second morning of our stay, which surprised us nicely! Our weather was great, which helped, too..

Nothing very much. One blown lightbulb and a faulty shower knob/adaptor only. A1A generally, though.

Great for short and long stay

Very decent apartments with all the facilities you need for a short or long stay. Very clean and just outside city centre. Beach and city centre is a 3min walk.

Very clean apartment. Bathtub.

The bed was not too comfortable and quite small. The walls were thin so we could hear the neighbours very well. The apartments face each other and our shutters didn't close properly so a sense of privacy was lacking.

Amazing stay! We’re definitely coming back!

The room had everything we needed for some quiet and relaxing holidays! Kitchen was fully equipped, apartment really cleaned and the balcony was perfect. We came with our little girl and she loved it! Two minutes walking distance from the beach and close walking distance from the center of the villa

The only thing I thought could be better was the mattress.

Disappointing

Clean rooms, friendly staff

There is a kitchen but can't use it. We booked 2 nights in the room because we saw that there was a kitchen and could cook for ourselves, but not at all. The gas stove was very slow. I made rice soup for 1.30 hours in total. It's so bad that my child can't wait to be hungry. Very bad, the kitchen doesn't know what to do. In conclusion, we have to go out to eat at a restaurant.

Very good location. 10 min walk to beach and restaurants. Spotless apartment and outside space.

Shower was in bath. Shower head not secure so water went everywhere. I reported it twice and they tried to fix it but still came undone.

Bring your own WiFi

Clean and spacious

Not "B" of Boutique hotel. Can you imagine in 21st century that someone tells you "if you need wifi, go outside of your room"?!? Thta is whay a guy at reception told me. How expensive is to have a router in each room?! And they call themselves boutique. There is nothing boutique about this called. No WiFi in rooms, only on hallway and balcony. Balconies and all windows are looking at each other. Hopefully you have nice neighbors that eat nice food so you can enjoy more.
