Probably the best stay i’ve found that’s not too expensive yet very close to train station, in the city center and good

Beautiful and expensive riverside view from the room and the terrace pantry. Very close to train station, bus stops and many shops. In front of halal restaurant & grocery shop. There’s an elevator to carry luggage. Good shared facilities.

The room is very small. Barely any space to open luggage.

Don't ask to rent poles (for hiking). The staff are probably Polish and misunderstand.

This was an affordable place in an unaffordable tourist destination. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable enough.

I came here to go hiking, which where I come from is safer using poles. When I asked if I could rent poles, the staff (who I now think were Polish) seemed to get mad.

A good choice if you want to spoil up your trip

The room is far from expectations which we saw in the photo. The air-circulation is extremely bad making the temperature is even higher than outside during summer time in Switzerland. When we entered the room the water tap was even not tightly switched off. The furniture are old and out-fashioned in additional to the weak lighting made my friend and I felt uncomfortable. Since there is no staff overseeing the hostel as such seeking assistance is impossible. We simply chose not to forfeit our booking and searched for another hotel. Very disappointed and bad experience.

Excellent location with very good view from the room. Closer to Interlaken west station. Nice staff who allowed us to check-in earlier than the time and helped store the luggage after checkout too. Common bathrooms means a bit of waiting time. Overall very good stay.

Definitely will book for my next visit.

Super easy to get to from Interlaken West station and they offer luggage storage if you arrive before check in. The inside is very pretty and room had an amazing view of the canal. Bar/restaurant area is comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful to me. They also have a piano for people to play (surprised me).

In the shared rooms there isn’t much space if multiple of you need to move around/access storage at the same time. A little more would have been appreciated.

Good place to stay if you are on a budget.

It was close to train station. But there being two Train stations in Interlaken at 5 min distance. So I believe most of the hostels are close. It was clean. There was a great outside view from the window.

The beds make a lot of noise. Even if you turned your hand while lying down, the bed made noise. And there was not much space between beds.

The view from the common eating/kitchen area is lovely. It is within easy walking distance of the West Interlaken train station. Having a bar downstairs was nice and it was value for money drinks.

We booked two rooms, the bathroom in the studio room was not really up to standard and overall this room although spacious was not great value for money. The other room which was a double room with private bathroom was small, but had a lovely new bathroom. The smoking room at the entrance of the building opposite the bar was an unpleasant welcome.

Great value and great service in Interlaken

Conveniently located, an easy walk from West train station. Situated right on the river with both and garden area and rooftop terrace to relax and enjoy the views. Our private room with a bathroom was modestly, but nicely furnished. The breakfast was very good and had a broad selection of options. The staff was great, especially Nadine who made sure that we were comfortable while sitting in the garden into the late evening. She brought my wife a blanket and asked if there was anything else that we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

We would have loved a coffee maker in our room, but since breakfast was included, I can understand why there isn't one. Since English-language programming in Switzerland is very limited, mostly news, a smart TV to access Netflix would be a great addition.

not enough toilet and bathroom. check out was 10 and there was a long queue for the toilet/bathroom even before 9 am. i had to use the toilet downstairs because the wait was too long. other than that everything was perfect.

Very good

Good location, short walking to the train station/ supermarkets etc. Bathrooms cleaned daily. Kitchen had a dishwasher and an oven. Adequate seating area. Large lockers in the room.

Our food went missing from the kitchen - not hostels responsibility but still put a negative feeling towards the trip. Wasn’t nice when we went to make dinner late at night after a day out and all our food was gone especially with how expensive food is in Switzerland. Beds are very noisy in the dorm rooms, makes it hard to sleep at night with people moving.

I would not recommend this hotel as the staff are not friendly and warm at all.

The breakfast is excellent, served in the neighbourhood hotel.

The staff doesn't have enough patience to let me finish my words even if there was something wrong caused by their mistakes. And the smell in the room is not very pleasant and the facilities are not good.
