В цілому непогано.

Велике, мʼяке ліжко. Тепла ковдра. Інтерʼєр. Розташування.

Кондиціонер не працював. Місцями могло б бути чистіше. Із закритих дверей на балкон тягне повітря. Довго потрібно чекати поки почне текти гаряча вода.

Рекомендую, але деякі деталі , які описала вище якщо виправити, буде 10 балів з 10 ☺️

Адміністратор душечка ☺️ в номері чисто. Для однієї ночі добре 😊

В готелі 98% номерів були вільні, але мені дали маленький номер з одним вікном . В той час були блекаути по всій Україні, тож тут я увійшла в ситуацію. Але можна було б і комфортніше номер дати( Сдала одяг попрати, але пятна не вивели((

Собственникам отеля нужно более ответственно относиться к своему отелю

Чистая постель, удобное месторасположение

Отопление было отключено, и несмотря на наши просьбы, его так и не включили, система кондиционирования не работала на обогрев, и нам не предоставили другой обогреватель. Это существенно снизило уровень комфорта нашего пребывания. Кроме того, фен в нашем номере был неисправен и представлял опасность: он перегревался до красна. Мы также хотели бы отметить, что нам обещали другой номер, однако был предоставлен номер совершенно другого типа.

Oda değiştirene kadar iyiydi, son gün kaldığım oda beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.

Kış ayın da yerde halı yok ve ısıtma çalışmadı, bir xtra ısıtıcı aldım ama fayda etmedi.

Достатньо прийнятний варіант для мешкання, який став би вельми пристойним після подолання недоліків.

Сніданок не замовляв. Готель розташований в самому центрі місті. Персонал привітний, не створював жодних незручностей.

Дещо складно знайти вхід до готелю. Відсутність в номері чайника, чашок та холодильника й сторонні шуми.

Exceptional

First of all, the location of the hotel is the very heart of Kyiv, it can't be better. Considering the war, Russian aggression, I am satisfied with the convenience. Regarding the staff, this is a separate issue. The hotel manager Nelya is just an angel, a wonderful person, a wonderful lady with whom you feel like you have been friends for 100 years. At the reception, all the girls, all the staff are the most beautiful ladies. Daria, this is a beautiful girl, an angel with a kind soul with divine beauty. I recommend to everyone. I felt at home, surrounded by people close to me. Гарно кохаю - Слава Украине 🇦🇿❤️🇺🇦💪

Hotel is either not open or not currently taking guests. I tried calling the number numerous times and nobody answered. Very dissapointed as we book hotels in advance for trips to deliver aid. Please take the listing down.

its a boutique hotel with a French flair

its not a negative. the rooms without a room have an air conditioning. the only negative is they put a foam mattress ontop of the queen bed. it makes it strange to get on and off

Unpleseant. Never stay in there again.

I like just location and hallways as the exactly as in the picture .

did not like staff, when I did call and asked could a receptionist explain properly where is the building he was not able to do it, just said he doesn’t know all shops name in the Kiev, but I asked by saying the name, where the hotel was. No tea or coffee availability to have, no breakfast, no restaurant. Room was allocated under some night club, where music was played loudly all night until 6 am, could not sleep.Nothing was mentioned regarding it in the website. Shower was not clean properly to meet 4-star hotel standards.

Good for solo travelers for a few nights

Friendly service, great location, creative room decorations. Fine price for the room.

Cold room, (heater doesn’t help much), you can hear club sounds at nights. No breakfast.

Location

The hotel is old, there is a overdose of fatigue. Besides that; load music and people walking (on high heels or wooden shoes) on the floor above yours really does not motivate sleeping.

I booked suite it was awful no sleep all night it was problem with bed it was like a double bed with 2 single mattresses on it they kept slipping making a hole in the middle which was wood it was awful really not happy

very noisy all night because of night club in the same building, no cleaning service, no new bed sheets and towels , even the bed sheet was small it was for one person not for two, not even close to the pictures , we had people getting into our room 3 times while we sleep.. it was scary , not clean, they don’t even have water.. never going back there
