Even with some pain points I can recommend teh Hotel!

Das Hotel Riviera befindet sich vor einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße am Strand. Auf drei Stockwerken liegen die Zimmer. Unser Zimmer mit 14qm war dann etwas klein für uns, aber das war (vermutlich) unser Fehler beim Buchen. Zudem dachten wir, es gäbe einen Swimmingpool, aber den gibt es nicht, ich bin sicher, dass eines der Bilder im Internet einen Pool zeigt... Nochmals unser Fehler? Monique ist die gute Seele des Hotels und hilft mehrsprachig den Gästen. Tolle Kundenorientierung und freundliche Herzlichkeit (Grazie!). Die Zimmer sind sehr neu und schön eingerichtet. Auch die Klimaanlage ist brandneu 😊😊 Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, auch hier der Service sehr gut und das Frühstück lecker!

Der einzige negative Punkt (der auch in der Google Bewertung einen Stern kostet) ist das Housekeeping Team: sehr unzuverlässig! Ich will nicht alles aufzählen, nur ganz kurz. Wir starteten mit drei großen Handtüchern, dann waren es zwei und dann nur noch eins. Das Toilettenpapier 🧻 wurde mehrere Tage nicht aufgefüllt, am letzten Tag retteten wir uns mit Tempos. Dann wird am Morgen an die Tür geklopft, auf Rückmeldung wird nicht gewartet, und eine halbe Sekunde später wird diese aufgerissen… Kurzum: unfreundlich und nicht professionell! Trotz des schrecklichen Housekeeping können wir das Hotel voll empfehlen!

Die Nähe zum Strand ist super, die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Tolles Frühstück mit gutem Brot. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen...

There is nothing worth to mention

We paid 53 eur for a few sunbeds for 3 days, but on booking there wasnt any info regarding this fer. Sometimes they forgot a few stuff while cleaning. They didnt leave a trashbag etc. During the day there are 3hrs ehen you cant use any A/C

Evening food was great! To have the beach at front of the hotel was amazing.

The Owner of the hotel did not make us feel welcome. She addressed to the kids (1 year and 4 years old) in italian (as they would understand) to keep quite and stay put “you are not at your home to behave like this”. I hated this. She should address directly to parents. Secondly and very important: the bathroom smells really bad and the room also because of it. For such small kids breakfast is not rich enough.

Everything was perfect at this hotel. Location is excellent - right by the beach, rooms are absolutely gorgeous and staff is extremely nice!!! I would definitely come back again!

Around the Hotel are very good services like Pharmacy,Grocery, Bakery, etc.

Very clean, freshly renovated Hotel with a pleasant Family atmosphere.

The tiny challenge was at the Breakfast with a smaller choice of food and no vegetables.

Great hotel at a beach

Nice and cozy hotel right across the street from a private beach. The staff was very nice and helpful with all our questions. Drop-off parking is located on site, long term parking is available about 5-10 walking minutes (maybe 500 meters) for 6€ a day as described on booking.com (few communal on-street spots are available closer for 8€ a day). Train station is about 15 walking minutes away. Toiletries and towels were available and changed as needed, room was cleaned on a daily basis. AC, fan, Wifi, and TV were available and worked, as well as an elevator. Dinner buffet was very good, enough to select from (at least two pasta dishes, fish, 2-4 meat dishes, plenty salads and sides, 3-4 desserts). I would expect better selection for breakfast, it was basically the same every morning. The beach was calm, services included an umbrella and two bed for a small fee. The water was very warm and shallow, not really suitable for real swimming (relaxing in it was enjoyable though). There are several small stores and bars/buffets and plenty of amusements for children around.

I definitely recommend Hotel Riviera.

The hotel is right infront of the beach. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner, all of which were abundant and of excellent quality. The staff is polite and they make you feel at home.

The hotel was clearly understaffed and we had to wait at the reception for someone showing up every time (e.g. check out time slot: queue of guests waiting for someone showing up minimum 5-10 mins). The night before leaving they were insisting for getting back the parking card even if it was needed the day after to pick up the car. They were kind but the feeling was that they don’t give so much trust to the guest and they were under pressure.

Greatly accessible for family with small kids

Very well located, just at the beach front. There's a little playground just crossing the street, this hotel is amazing for family with small kids. The dinner was buffet style and food was delicious!

Staff was quite disappointing, not even trying to meet our needs. But I have to say that the lady (who seems to be the owner) was very sympathetic and received us very well.
