for 850 per night . close to the beach yeah .. i would stay here again.

very close to the sea . close to minimart. close to main road. so , basically good spot! friendly staff and easy going . massage and barber just downstairs. very very clean. big bed . big balcony as a kitchen or smoking area.

smell from the bathroom is quite something. water tab ,clothing racks are falling apart. the lights in the room is not working properly.

Very helpful staff and good location

Quiet street only 50 metres from the beach and a nice bar/restaurant. Also 100m in opposite direction from 7/11 and several shopping malls - so good location. Small street market between 4pm and 6pm for nice food. Good street restaurant further up the street (northwards) for spicy duck or half chicken and, rice and large Chang for 200 baht! Great staff.

Everything was fine. It was a budget hotel in a good location with nice staff and everything worked.

Good stay!

Our room was on the third floor which makes you go through 9 staircase so it's not ideal to go back and forth each time but the room was great and the staff is amazing! The room is clean with big bed and the location is 4 minute walk to Market Village and Mcdonald's. It's also near from the bus station if you need to go to cicada market or any street food market.

The room which is on the third floor with no elevator but it's a very affordable hotel so it's alright.

Superb

The hotel is small and cozy, just a few hundred meters off the beach. On the beach, there is a small restaurant with beach beds for rent. It's nothing fancy, but it's exactly as pictured and an inexpensive option for a few days out of the city, which is what we were after.

Present stay, value for money.

Smily and attentive front desk. Big canteen for breakfast, good tasty food with reasonable price for in-room service.

No wi-fi, the staff tried to fix but it came and gone. Room phone didn't work. Room lighting could be improved to be brighter.

Good budget place to stay

Room was cleaned very well every day. AC worked nicely and the fridge was great. It was nice to chill in the balcony. Bed was quite comfortable and big. It was easy to wash clothes across the street in a self laundry for 20baht and there was a drying rack in the balcony. Market Village (Mall) and beach were close by. If you are looking for a budget place that's not in the center and is in a quiet street with good AC, balcony and a pool, it's a nice place to stay.

Room was supposed to be 30m2 but it was maybe 22m2 with the toilet included. Pool was a shared pool with every other hotel in the street, it's fine though if you are staying in low season as it's not too crowded. Sunbeds would be a nice addition to the pool. The place was quite far from the center and there's not much there besides the mall and the beach. I added gym as a search filter when searching for hotels but there's no gym. Overall I think the place overstated the facilities, but it was still a pleasant stay.
