I would not return to here due to the poor condition of the hall and room.

Bed was reasonably comfortable. No breakfast was available.

The hallway and stair carpets were dirty. The back of the bathroom door was in a poor state of disrepair. I asked for this room because it had a balcony then found a notice stuck to balcony door saying `do not use balcony'. Very disappointing.

It was ok, will probably stay somewhere else next time though.

Easy access and close to shops

The entire stay we had problems with the shower going hot/cold repeatedly. They gave us access to another rooms shower for 1 day, then said it was fixed, but it was not. Reception didn't open until 9am and there was no way to check out before then and return the room keys, all access to reception was closed off. I called the number provided on the closed doors at 7am and it just went to a mobile phone voice mail. I ended up having to push the room keys under a door in the hall way and hope they found them. Requested a ground floor room in the booking but they said they had no record of that and has us booked into 2nd floor with stairs access.

Clean room. Convenient to main purpose of visit.

AUSTAR not functioning. Location is a tad remote or isolated. One needs to drive to get anything. But there are good facilities nearby.

Great stay. Near to Ricketts Point and cafe and other must see places.

We had a one-bedroom studio apartment with kitchen. It was located on the ground floor. There was plenty of room in the apartment for us and it was fabulous to have a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge was very comfortable.

I suggest having a product like Jif to clean the sink and bench top. We used the sink to wash up. There was still some food remnants in the strainer.

A few problems but ok for a basic nights accommodation. I wouldn’t stay for pleasure.

easy to stay, close to hospital to support a family member.

I had to get my keys re-set twice as they wouldn’t work. Ist time staff member said sorry, 2nd time she just said ‘there you go’. No real care by her. Speaking to another traveller who had the same problem. 2 beds together to make a large double- the ridge in the middle was so hard you had to pick a side- so really a single bed. Toilet lid off its hinges on one side which wasn’t really a problem. Staff on checkout were beautiful and friendly so didn’t have the heart to complain to them.

Good

When leaving myself and two others could not work out the key return , it said pass code. We then placed it in the main door. When leaving someone else said you just push the flap. But then anyone could grab a key. A post box would be simple like hotels.

room smelled badly of cigarettes, (asked for new room but not avail) mold in shower, washing machine flooded room, toilet seat broken & balcony had cigarette ash & cob webs

The place is in need of maintenance and a freshen up, this may also lift the mood of staff.

a little run down. doors that don’t open / close properly. house keeping was non existent all but one night and forgot to give us towels.

the washing machine in our room did not work well. since we checked in during christmas and new year, the washing machine did not get a chance to be fixed too.

Nice quiet location they just need to put in new beds and pillows.

Key cards are a big fail and don't work.

Clean. Dark room. Spacious. Quiet

We were given cards to unlock external door and internal room door. They continually would not work and we would have to try and retry numerous times to make the doors unlock. Very frustrating and annoying. It was so frustrating that we were reluctant to leave our room because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to get back in. We felt like prisoners.

After hours number not connected . Should really be able to contact someone in case of any difficulties. In our case was unable to connect to wi-fi as no passcode was given .

Great 2 bedroom apartment

great 2 bedroom place, washing machine & kitchen to cook and the fridge

dryer didn’t work, plug for bath didn’t fit, air con in lounge room was hard to turn on (only turned on once)

Reasonably quiet, although noise ftom the gym weights hitting the floor, was annoying early before 7:30 am and after 9pm.

Noise from gym. I will look at alternative accomodation next time. I also had a shower with mould growing in it and grundge around the edges.
