Amazing hotel

A gorgeous place to be upgraded !

The hotel is an very good location . Food was excellent and staff was very updated about the food ! As well the pool and beach staff were very nice and useful ! Breakfast was excellent as well as lunch and dinner ! Compliments to the chef ! The concierge and stuff were very helpful and knowledgeable !

The dining tables were poor for such a hotel and need to be cleaned more often ! The rooms hadn't enough space for storing cloth ! I expect better room facilities !

This hotel and the team are the definition of absolutely perfect customer service - always there when you need anything (anything at all!!), always pleasant and happy, and never too much! Fell in love with this magical place and am looking forward to coming back here one day.

The shower in the room is a bit small, accidentally hit the regulator with my elbow while turning around and got blasted by hot water.

A lovely relaxing stay to refresh both mind and body!

The staff were very efficient from the moment we arrived. Tanya at reception made us feel welcome straight away and offered us a welcome beverage. There was water in the room when we arrived and a complimentary bottle of wine and a gift of honey which was a lovely touch. The staff in the restaurant were very efficient and courteous,. The breakfast was very good and the view was awesome. The pool area was very clean and the staff were very helpful in arranging towels and umbrellas.

The chairs on the balcony could have been more comfortable as I found difficulty in getting up, however I overcame this problem by using the straight back chair from the bedroom. This however could be a problem for guests with poor mobility.

Great place to relax

- Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location right on the water, the highlight was being able to jump straight into the ocean - Great buffet breakfast on the terrace overlooking the water - Styling and fit out was very trendy - Access to paddle boards

Service could be improved, particularly given it is a 5 star hotel - few minor hiccups relating to our takeaway breakfast order and house keeping throwing out something we weren’t finished with

hotel is run more professionally than in the past years, but has also lost a little bit of soul: it feels more obsequious, less spontaneous - also the prices have doubled since our first week there in 2017

Super stylish hotel in a one-of-a-kind location

The location is picture-perfect. The ambiente is very elegant and low-key at the same time. Great interior design and super breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed going on long walks along the coast.

The room was a bit small - especially the shower.

Overpriced. There are better places on the riviera at better prices.

The architecture and interior design are very good.

The property is overpriced for what it has to offer. it is situated in a place with a rough sea and when its calm it is full of jelly fish. We actually got poisoned by the jelly fish. There are no nice beaches or restaurants around, the hotel is the only place to be in the area. The restaurant closes very early, at 10.30 or 11 pm. There is no free fresh water in the room. Parking is not included in the fee and one has to pay an extra 25/30 eur per day for parking.

Great location, great hotel, staff are very friendly, amazing concierge.

Food choices are very limited in the restaurants and pool area, pool temperature need to be heated a little bit 27-28 temperature is prefect but below 25 is quite cold

Wonderful stay

It was fantastic. The pool, the room with an amazing see view, the staff, the breakfast on the terrace, and the bed, which was really comfortable. We loved the hotel.

Just to help if you would like to still improve an already amazing hotel, I would recommend putting longer curtains in the shower or a shower door, as the water easily leaks out. I am also not a fan of open bathroom. I like my privacy! But that is a personal preference. Also, the price of dinner at la Plage and of the refreshments at the pool bar are very high.

Overall a very relaxed stay .

The Concierge victor was excellent as well as thomas by the pool who was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for him .

Great design, fantastic view, loved the breakfast!

Amazing place! the ultimate relaxation for a few days off. Great view, calm and quiet, fantastic food especially the breakfast, friendly staff and great design. Will definitely go back again!

A small minus for the bed, would have wanted it a bit more on the soft side.

Bad

I thought the hospitality has improved in France over the years, but not is this hotel. We got yelled, sweared at and called names by a luggage porter. When asked to call manager he refused and other staff didn’t react to the whole situation much also. Terrible experience.

Gorgeous property!

Beautiful architecture, decor, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the Dyptique products in the bathroom. Rooms with sea view are a must. Service is very attentive and views are simply stunning.

I wish the beach/pool menu had more offerings, such as salads, sandwiches. There was only 1 of each on the menu. Additionally, it would be nice if the breakfast had more offerings, such as avocado. Location is relatively remote - not much in the near vicinity. I also wish the hotel had a boutique/small shop that sold sundries, etc.
