A piece of paradise we didn’t want to leave !

We enjoyed our stay so much at Trullo dei Messapi ! Very peaceful surrounds situated in country laneways a convenient distance from Ceglie where we could drive into enjoy some of the best food at a plethora of excellent restaurants or self cater in the well equipped trullo. Our hosts were super helpful & a beautiful, friendly couple who were quietly there if we needed. Antonella invited us to pick fruit we could use from the orchard on the property which was a highlight for me wandering down each morning to pick apricots for breakfast, or walking the stone walled lanes covered in wild flowers. We loved the little cat who befriended us & came to feed her too. An amazing experience in an authentic, charming location. A little piece of paradise !

Perfect oasis of calm and relaxation to explore Puglia.

Beautifully and considerately designed Trulli in the rural and peaceful countryside outside Ceglie Messapica. Beautiful pool area but note when out of season the pool isn’t heated. Very refreshing for a sunrise dip in October. Trulli is quaint, authentic, clean and has a modern bathroom. It is well equipped but there is no oven or microwave only a hob and no bath if you plan to eat in on an evening. Antonella our host was so friendly and helpful. She has been incredible throughout the stay going out of her way to offer advice and tips while also bringing fresh bread every morning. A rare find these days to meet someone so kind and genuine.

Nothing. Only point to note is the location is a drive from Ceglie Messapica so you need a car and to be a confident driver as the roads are rural.

A wonderful and unique stay in the heart of Puglia.

the setting of the Trullo was very beautiful- the pool and grounds were lovely and the trullo itself was so unique, cozy and comfortable. the location was great for exploring all of the interesting towns/sites that are nearby - Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo, etc. Antonella - the owner was a pleasure to deal with and very kind.

the beds were too hard for our liking and it would have been nice to have a microwave.

A fantastic honeymoon with our little boy!

We loved the breakfast and the space afforded at the property. The pool area was stunning.

The living area could have been a bit better set out but appreciate it is difficult due to it being a trulli.

We strongly recommend this place

The trullo is just perfect and charming. We loved the pool area as well. Antonella was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the welcome package and fresh bread delivered to our door in the morning.

Fabulous place run by a kind and generous host

It's a beautiful place, quiet and relaxing with privacy when you need it and shared spaces when you don't. The pool is excellent, the apartments are big and comfortable. Antonella is an exceptional host who responded really quickly to all of our questions, gave us excellent recommendations on where to go and was generally warm and very welcoming to us.

Shower gel and shampoo would have been useful as we didn't bring any, but actually we didn't ask for any and I'm sure Antonella would have given us some if we had.

We loved our stay in this quiet, comfortable and beautiful place.

This is a beautiful and tranquil place to relax, enjoy the glorious pool, sit out in the courtyard and also use as a base to explore the area. Our trulli offered us privacy, comfort and the freedom to self-cater or eat out. We couldn't have been happier. Antonella was warm and attentive and made us feel at home.

The place was amazing. The apartment was great and clean. Also garden area was beautiful. The host (Antonella) was very friendly. She prepared delicious cake, handmade marmelades, and supplied us with fresh bread each morning too. Additionally, she helped us with some tips and recommendations regarding nice places in Puglia.

We had an amazing stay in Trulli dei Messapi, everything was perfect ! The location is really quiet and we really enjoyed the outside space and the swimming pool surroundings. Antonella was a perfect host, bringing us some fresh food every morning and she was super welcoming. We spent 4 wonderful days here and can't wait to be back !

Our host was wonderful. She provided more than we could use for our breakfasts. Daily bread was brought to us directly from the bakery. A real treat.
