Do not recommend the breakfast option. Location was convenient. Would not recommend the area for families with small kid

The Tuk Tuk service was very convenient to Connect to the nearest BTS. Across the street there was a lovely bakery Beyond Bread that served lovely croissants and coffee.

It’s an old hotel. Breakfast was below Average

Pleasant stay at radisson

We are a family of 4. We took one bedroom suites and the set up sofa bed for my kids. Can use shuttle to nana bts station. Walkable to shops

隔音太差，隔離住了一家人，晚上回來澎門、大聲講話，小孩在大聲玩，已經晚上十一點有多，但也沒注意會影響別人！一入洗手間水喉聲大到好像自己在洗澡！

Decent hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit

Peaceful place. Nice size room. No bad smells.or odours. Good water pressure in the shower. Comfortable beds, not lumpy. Good t.v with lots of channels to watch. Central location. Helpful front desk staff. Always smiling and ready to assist.

The hand soap, body soap, shampoo doesn't smell good at all. There was no lobby for guests to sit & wait for their taxi. The entrance area needs to be brighter, it was a bit dull and dark.

Not as good as expected

Booked a 1 bedroom suite room. Room looked a little tired but was generally nice, as per the photos. Bed was comfortable, bath was nice (water very hot). Breakfast was nice. Location is pretty good, not far from Sukhumvit road. Price is not too bad.

Kettle in the room leaked badly (asked for a replacement). Shower head bracket very loose, wouldn't hold the shower head upright. Spare toilet roll holder fell off the wall. Not many Thai TV channels available. TV in living room wasn't working initially. I found a cable had come loose on the back of the TV which fixed the problem. Hotel caters for Indian guests primarily. Lots of staff members are Indian. Seems the hotel prioritizes Indian guests over others. Very noisy, kids running around the corridors shouting and slamming doors at all hours. Our room was directly below the gym. Very noisy when people on running machine or using weights (dropping dumbbells on the floor). Asked reception to get housekeeping to service the room when I went out at 10am. Returned to the hotel at 2pm, room not touched. First time in this hotel, won't return.

Great Food and Amenities, Unpleasant Staff Experience.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The food quality and the choice of spread was great. The property itself was good overall in a neat area. The rooms were spacious enough with decent amenities.

The staff were not courteous enough especially in the restaurant. Overall the hospitality was very low and not very accomodating when travelling with little children. The staff seems to be racist towards Indians in particular. In a star rated accomodation, whatever be their past experience, the staff should be trained to treat the guests without pre conceived notions. This is definitely a must in the hospitality industry for the staff not to be racist which was very evident in the behaviour of the front desk and restaurant staff.

Hotel needs to be fixed up and pool area properly cleaned

The room was large and as we were a family it gave us plenty of space. The location is around a 5 minute walk from Nana BTS, slightly difficult with a buggy but obviously this is not the hotels fault and if you don't have a buggy location is fine.

There was a lot we did not like unfortunately. It was dirty. The pool had green algae/scum all at the bottom and round the edges. Yhe umbrellas were ripped and one of the beds was broken, and the cushions on some of the beds were out of shape and lumpy. The hot tub desperately needs changing it was all cracked, eroded, and just disgusting. The pool area had drains, and one had no cover showing a load of hair and scum hanging out of it, super dangerous for kids and an adult as its a dirty hole. The room floor had chips as did the tables. The room had a kitchenette which was great, but no crockery, cutlery or washing up stuff plus the tap pressure was ridiculous so it went everywhere everytime you turned it on with nothing but our bath towels to clean it up. We had to change rooms on our first night as the water coming out the bath and the shower was BROWN. I was running a bath for my 2 year old. It took over 20 minutes for this to start to run clear and it wasn't until I pressed that this was unacceptable that they offered to switch our room to the same but on the floor below. All in all hotel needs a priper clean and a lot of it needs upgrading it was really not what we expected.

Liegt am Ende der Soi 13, die Entfernung wäre kein Problem, unangenehm fand ich den sehr starken Verkehr (Autos, Mopes) hin zur Sukhumvit, man hatte kaum einen Bereich zum laufen

I will return as the welcome and hospitality is out of this world

The service I received from Mudtiga for my evening meals was outstanding, support from the duty manager Nitchayanat Hongsa and Nanfon was exceptional, I really can’t thank these 3 enough as every time I return I am always left feeling I am their number one priority. They are a credit to your hotel and feel sometimes not appreciated

Was a shame the pool was out of action, no notification on website but it does not spoil my long earned break away
