This was a great place to stay and we loved the deck that had part shade all during the day. Upscale furnishings and fantastic communications with owner. Met a great neighbor too! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

We had a great time at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. We would be happy to stay here again.

The house was lovely. Beautiful views. So quiet you could hear a pin drop. We had a very relaxing time.
5.0 / 5.0
The stay around Sedona is already amazing, but this house takes it to a whole other level. The drive out is a little long, but we found out Doordash still goes out there and you'll understand once you arrive and your back yard is nothing but mountains!
We had our 4 year old and 6 month old with us - there were two pack n' plays and a highchair that attaches to the table. Both were happy during the stay (until the 4 year old brought in a "rock" that was actually a dried cactus - there is also a first aid kit).
The views are just unbeatable, the quiet is fantastic, and the wildlife is everywhere. The only issue we had was thinking that it was remote enough not to see people and then being shocked to look out our bedroom sliding glass to see four people hiking on the yard line (don't wonder around naked).
I would definitely book again!

The pictures of the view from the house don’t do it justice! Very secluded and quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed there and really enjoyed our stay. Preferred being in Village of Oak Creek and away from the traffic/hustle bustle of Sedona.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. You are on a corner lot backed up to a red rock mountain and open canyon. It is like your own private mountain (my wife kept referring to it as "her" mountain...yeah...keep dreaming...). Note you cannot really "explore" this area as it is fenced at the property edge, but the Jack's Canyon trail head is about a 2 minute drive away. The neighborhood is "lights out" and you can sit and watch stars for hours. It sits about 15 minutes south of the busier city area of Sedona. The 3 seasons room had heaters and we used it when the mornings or late evenings got too brisk - a really nice addition to enjoy the property. Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. Flew in to Phoenix, took a day trip to South Rim Grand Canyon, and explored all the Sedona hikes and trails we could during our stay!

We loved this house, it was perfect for my family. The owner was extremely responsive and immediately resolved an issue that we encountered; he was extremely helpful and friendly. The greenhouse in the back was just beautiful...we spent so much time out there when we had both rain and snow! I would absolutely stay here again.

What a great house located in the outskirts of Village of Oak Creek. Restaurants, groceries and hikes were all within reach. I really liked being just a bit outside Sedona. Getting to Sedona was not difficult. And yes . . . Wildlife is right out your back door!
I will be renting again!

We could not have picked a better house for our stay in Sedona. Every detail in & around the house has been carefully thought through. The house met all of our needs (4 adults & 3 teenagers). We slept very comfortably, the kitchen was perfectly equipped & then some, space for the whole family to hang out together & perfect alone space when needed. The outdoor space is just as amazing as the pictures boast. We made use of the solarium room each morning as it was chilly & the heaters provided a perfect warmth. We heard coyotes, watched the birds - inducing a mother quail & several very small babies & on our last night were visited by 4 javelinas just passing through at dusk! You cannot beat the view, the surroundings or the comfort of this home, set apart in a neighborhood that allows you to feel as though you've got that corner of the world to yourself. Thank you for making this beautiful home available to us. It made our trip that much more memorable.

My wife and I had the best time while staying here. Always quiet, except for the coyotes. Beautiful sunrises to wake up and drink coffee to. And peaceful, star-littered skies made for peaceful nights as we wound down in the heated outdoor enclosure.
Thanks again, Brian & Joanna!

Just the fact that this is our third time staying here should say it all. If you want the perfect location, the easiest access to all of the Sedona area hiking, shopping and eating then this is the place to stay. We never saw a neighbor or ever heard one even though this is in an amazing neighborhood. And if you like relaxing in double tubs on the back patio and watching the sun set or the best star show ever, than again this is the place for you. Did I mention the all glass heated solarium to enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea and read a book or watch the sun rise over the red rocks? We will be back soon for our fourth stay. This is a perfect place for a vacation. Thanks again for letting us stay in your amazing home!

Of course we visited Sedona during a big snow storm. We arrived before the snow and got in some wonderful hikes. The views from the house are amazing. You are close to town but remote enough to enjoy peace and quiet.
We saw rabbits, quail and even a family of javelinas’ right outside the master bedroom.
The house was very comfortable complete with everything you might need. Lots of hot water for showers.
Unfortunately after the snowfall of 8” overnight we lost power which lasted all day and all night. We decided to head back to Phoenix a day early. The owners were great to communicate with and responded quickly. They were very accommodating and offered a partial refund due to our early departure from lack of electricity.
We would definitely return again in warmer weather!

This location could not be more perfect! The red rock views and privacy were exactly what we needed and were looking for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, secluded home away from the crowds but an easy drive into Sedona to enjoy the amenities, experiences, and the outstanding red rocks! This home was a healing experience in itself with a fantastic backyard view, nice seating areas and beautiful sunsets! We also enjoyed our late night “foosball tournaments”, great star watching and a visit by a deer one morning! Our host was very responsive when any questions were asked- we were especially grateful that the extra 3 days stay on top of the original reservation worked out perfectly, when other plans fell through. Thank you for the use of your incredible home - a most peaceful place to set up a home base near Sedona, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature- we will certainly be back again!

Such a perfect location! Close to Sedona but tucked away in a really quiet neighborhood. The house is extremely private—we didn’t see or even hear any of the neighbors our entire stay. We loved hanging out on the deck and listening to the wildlife and staring at the canyon. The way the house is situated you get a completely unobstructed view and you don’t see any of the other houses. It was a perfect blend of not being completely isolated but being so private and quiet you felt at one with nature. The house had everything we needed and was really comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the daily visits from the cows, javenlinas, rabbits, and birds. We even saw a few coyotes! Loved soaking in the tubs and staring at the stars every night. If you’re looking for an upscale private rental away from the hustle of Sedona but close enough to get anywhere you want in under 30 minutes, this is the place! We didn’t have a reason to communicate with the owners but they were proactive giving me information before the stay and check in took 2 seconds. Really clear instructions and we had zero issues.

The house was wonderful for our family vacation (5 adults). The view from the patio is spectacular and the greenhouse was great for chilly Sedona nights.
5.0 / 5.0
We loved our stay at this property! We traveled with our toddler who has an early bedtime, so were happy to be at a property with so much to offer for the adults (foosball, heated outdoor patio area, outdoor tubs). It was further from the main part of Sedona than anticipated (about 15-20 minutes) but it was nice to be a bit removed from everything, and wasn't so far that it was a major inconvenience.
5.0 / 5.0
Stayed with wife and daughter for three days. We managed to pick the worst three days of Sedona weather possible! Rain and snow the entire trip. Thankfully we were surrounded by the amenities and beauty of this house. The enclosed, heated outdoor sitting area was a godsend and the views from the patio do not dissapoint. Keep an eye out for quail, coyote and havalina, all of which we saw right outside the master bedroom. The soaking tubs are also a big plus. We took advantage of them during breaks in the weather and were very comfortable with temperatures in the mid-thirties.
The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and the grill is perfect for a couple steaks. Overall, we could not be happier with this house and hope to return during the warmer months to spend more time exploring Sedona.

The house was so spacious and beautiful. Clean and well appointed. Communication was very prompt and responsive. Will definitely be back to this beautiful home! Thank you for a wonderful Sedona trip!

Can't say enough about this beautiful house. The owers were wonderful to work with. No problems during the entire stay. So many places outdoors to sit and just take in the view and quiet reflection.
The house and property were so much more than we even expected. Views on all sides of the house. Everything is quality here, from the appliances to furniture to accessories available to guests. And, what a nice touch to have added items to get our stay started! The coffee was sure appreciated as was the bathroom ammenities (especially the makeup mirror for us over 60's)
Two couples, so the bedrooms on either side of the house gave both the feeling of privacy and space. I cannot wait to come back to Sedona and I will absolutely search out this property again.
Thank you for your hospitality!

Our family of five very much enjoyed the house. The bunk room/game room was a huge hit for our three kids. House was very clean, had everything we needed for a long weekend. The views from the patio were incredible! Hope to stay here again.

We spent 6 nights here and loved every minute of it. The views were wonderful. We were welcomed by nature showing us a full rainbow the first night over the red rocks. The house was well equipped. Hubby and I loved the beds but my son and daughter in law found them a bit hard. The new glass house on the deck with heaters will be great in the winter. Loved listening to all the different birds and even got to see a javelin the last night. I would love to go back to this house again.

The location and property are absolutely perfect. It’s just far enough away to feel remote, but it’s actually quite close to market, etc. House is great; well stocked, very comfortable, and immaculately clean. The surroundings are rich with incredible birds and other cool critters. The night sky is breathtaking and the wraparound patio is built for stargazing. We certainly enjoyed outdoor sunset soaks in those bathtubs; a definite luxury! Our host, Brian, was incredibly responsive and was such a delight to interact with.

We hated to leave! The view was spectacular. The neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. It is off the beaten path which was perfect for us. Plus easy access to everything! We were there early September so the monsoons created bugs that bite… buy bug spray. We forgot! The only suggestion I would have is for different pillow type options.
5.0 / 5.0
Five ladies stayed here for two nights. It suited our needs perfectly. The back deck has a gorgeous view that we thoroughly enjoyed. We saw lots of rabbits, quail families, and a coyote twice! Very cool!
The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. It had good gathering places for our girls trip. Nice open kitchen! The location is just outside of town. We felt close to everything yet we got to enjoy incredibly quiet evenings looking at the stars from the back deck. There is a grocery and liquor store just a couple miles away to stock up on provisions.
This was a very short trip that made us all want to come back and see more of beautiful Sedona. I would definitely stay in this home again if I had the opportunity.
P.S. Butterfly Burgers is just at the end of the road and was awesome!

Great VRBO House
Very nice VRBO house in the Sedona / Village of Oak Creek area. This house is set back from the main street of Sedona - so it is very private with wonderful views and a comfortable, sprawling deck/patio. Outdoor twin tubs are a nice touch. The owners are helpful. The house is well appointed with efficient kitchen and plenty of plates and utensils. There are TVs in living room and family room. Master bedroom is comfortable with a very nice shower and wonderful Sedona views. Furnishings are nice in general. If you want a VRBO house with privacy and comfort, this is a very good option. Note: Parking is for 3 cars maximum, and there is plenty of room to park. I highly recommend this house for VRBO rental.

Luxurious and Breathtaking
The views from this home are so gorgeous and not to be missed. We saw plenty of nature - quails, coyotes, cardinals, and javelinas. There we're two birds nesting in the gazebo that we tried to give some space. Sitting in the hot tub with wine, a book, and those views was divine! This home is so beautiful and fit the needs our part of 8 adults very well. The master bedroom has beautiful views of the rocky mountainside and a beautiful spacious walk in shower. It was spacious enought to accommodate a shower chair. The two other bedrooms were perfectly sized for four adults. Beds were comfy. I didn't hear anything negative about the room with the bunk beds. The couch in that room is comfy and begging for a movie night. Showers had plenty of pressure. Plenty of towels. This home had all you need and more. The owners were quick to respond to any concerns and needs. We'd definitely rent this home again!

Great place for families
This place was perfect for my family of 6. The older kids had their own rooms, the younger two enjoyed the bunk beds in the game room. We all spent the evenings in the game room playing foosball and board games. The home was incredibly clean. There was enough space for all of us. The views were amazing. We were a little drive out of the main Sedona area, but we didn't mind the drive. There were coffee shops not far from the house. It was a very lovely stay. I highly recommend. We didn't have any issues at all.

Great house with amazing views!
This place was amazing! The house itself was spacious and beautiful, with gorgeous views from every window. We loved the secluded neighborhood it was located in as well as the fact that it was the last house at the end of the cul de sac. It was very quiet and private yet only a few minutes away from everything. The back patio was wonderful with stunning red rock views. Wonderful place to relax and soak in the incredible views. This place definitely exceeded our expectations, truly amazing! Hope to visit again sometime!

Peaceful and comfortable
We loved the house. Despite some cold, snowy weather, we took advantage of the sunny, private outdoor space, including the tubs under the stars! It's so quiet and close to good hikes. Beds, linens, kitchen stuff, directions, wifi, cleanliness ...all five stars! No cell phone coverage but we used wifi for calls. The owners were great (helped us find a shovel from a neighbor)!

Incredible views
This home exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed (coffee, laundry soap, shower amenities, etc). The outdoor seating and views are like no other - our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. Oh, the game room was perfect for watching the Patriots game too! Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Wonderful home base for travel
We loved this property. It was clean, homey, well appointed, really comfortable beds and the view was spectacular! The outdoor tubs were a hit! We loved walking out back and having miles of peaceful hiking off the beaten path. We were able to explore Sedona, the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon from this home base.

The view!!!!
Two couples celebrating our 25th and 26th wedding anniversaries decided to head up to Sedona for a long weekend. This place was so amazing starting with the best VRBO kitchen I have ever had to the beautiful views from the patio and the master bedroom. We were busy during the day, but enjoyed relaxing around the firepit at night and even snuck in part of a football game in the family room. We loved the quiet neighborhood and being out in nature. Can't wait to visit again!

Perfect Location!
An amazing, relaxing and quiet spot. The view from the back deck during the day of the mountains and forest is amazing. The stars and sky at night are incredible. A well appointed and comfortable home with everything you need. A little bit out of the town of Sedona, but worth the extra 15 mins drive.
