Shame had been looking forward to it!

Room clean & comfortable & good size.

Hotel closed all facilities including reception, restaurant, bar on Sunday no one on site to welcome or checkin advised to call a number straight to answering machine no welcome zero hospitality no security able to walk all over the hotel & unable to find a single staff member no idea how this could be 4 star I could hear every sound from the room next door literally no sound proofing. Sadly very disappointed also advised they were unaware we had a dog later found the note in our booking.

We booked two non-refundable nights. Only stayed one. Skip this place.

Nothing.

Worn out. Mold in the shower. No hand soap. Broken bathroom fixtures. Very thin walls - we could hear and easily understand conversations outside our room. The view out window looked at the back of a patio partition wall. No staff there except for a few hours late afternoon and early evening. And, to add insult to injury, they tried to charge us for eating dinner there, which we did not.

It was a great location and the food from the evening only restaurant was satisfactory

No one on site for check in or check out. Or for the majority of our stay, the room was cold and we where supplied with one complimentary tea or coffee for a three night stay, we used the restaurant on both Friday and Saturday and no one informed us it wasn't open/available on Sunday evening.

Nice stay, but wifi frustrations took over

Nice big room, close to the beach

There were problems with the wifi connection, which they were aware of but unfortunately couldn't be fixed during my stay. Wouldn't have booked it if I had known this in advance as without mobile data I'm relying on wifi to be available online. Also the shower had almost no pressure.

Ghost hotel!

Location and room was ok.

No staff ! No breakfast ! Room not made up daily ! No replenishment of tea and coffee ! Milk evaporated from age, biscuit packets opened. Beer was off on the one occasion bar was open. Never saw a soul from the time I checked in to when I checked out. Total absence of customer care. Shocking.

The Clubhouse is situated on a quiet street with good parking available, all staff are friendly

Rooms are spacious with ability to adjust radiators which is great for individuals to have the choice to change temperatures.

While breakfast is available in sister hotel it would be great if there was an option to request small breakfast pack for rooms eg cereal bars, muffins.

I was woken throughout the night every time another resident in a nearby room walked around.

The bed

The sound proofing in the room was awful. I was given a room that was out with the main hotel building and no consideration has been given to soundproofing within these units. I could hear every creak, word and move from other residents either above or beside me.

Could have been better with proper breakfast and dinner service!

Neat and clean and room was decent sized!

No breakfast or lunch was available. Even for one dinner meal, we were turned away around just 8 pm saying they were full with bookings and could not accommodate the two of us, which sounded bizarre to us as the location of the hotel is in a residential locality and a bit far from main market area!

Beautiful room

The hotel was lovely and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly. The bed was amazingly comfortable infact I looked to find out make of mattress but didn't find it lol I want a bed just like that 😴

I got woken up each morning at 6am by someone in another room taking a shower, I felt like I was in the shower with them it was that loud. That's the only issue I found.
