לא שווה בכלל את המחיר .

רצוי שאם במלון יש מפונים לא לשים אורחים יחד איתם באותה הקומה היה רעש של כלבים וילדים

Мы заплатили полную стоимость без скидок и в итоге спа закрыто халатов нет еда как в 3 звездочноммотеле .на нашу просьбу дать нам бесплатно хотя бы ужин получили отказ .очень обидно и неприятно .я считаю что отель должет нам дать еще ночь бесплатно .так как при оплате в отеле нам не сказали что половина услуг отсутствует не было спа ихалатов и еда очень бедная я прошу букинг нам в этом помочь потому что мы давно и много заказываем через букинг спасибо

Everything closes too early at night, so you're only left with the souvenir shops in town to sort your dinner.

It was what we expected

Breakfast and Dinner were perfect, Met our expectations

The water filter was filthy. The one staff member who works in the bar was very rude. I told her so and she said she is not rude. You just don't know what you don't know. The check in was slow and very disorganised. I was asked to pay my bill even though I had pre paid. Not very efficient, took a long time to deal with each customer. The rest of the staff were fine.

Good but not worth the money

Good location, nice stuff, pool area is big, breakfast is good

No balcony. Pay attention that breakfast is full of diary products. Unfortunately,there is no outdoor place to chill after 19:00. Swimming pool area, where you can seat ( not swim) closed. Only place to chill is outside in the in parking area. It was not nice at all.

Really nice staff. We were not able to stay for one of the nights because of own complications. When we arrived, we got a free dinner, given we missed one night. Raval at the front desk arranged everything for us, including calling the manager.

The breakfast and dinner was delicious and plentiful . The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The hotel decor is very inviting and well thought out . The room has a cool, modern vibe .

Need extra pillows and blanket in the closet . Tissues as well , and a booklet about the hotel services and amenities . We didn’t have any of those things and we were even in an upgraded room .

Great location and nice hotel but some simple things would improve customer service

The view from the rooms. The spa and staff working there. Breakfast buffet fabulous.

Surprised there was no drinking water in the room or lobby when you enter. After all it is in a desert with 98 degrees outside. When I called to ask for water they said sorry but no we don’t do that. Almost all hotels do. It’s not cheap!

Great views and very pleasant experience.

The pool was very nice. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The exercise gym was very warm/no air conditioning and towels weren't well stocked. The pool towels were also no well stocked. The beer at the pool side was expensive.

They did not change my towels the following day and by taking a shower the water leaked all over in the bathroom even with a closed door when taking a shower
