Superou minhas expectativas

As instalações da piscina são muito boas, jardim impecável, piscina sempre limpa. O café da manhã estava dentro dos padrões da Pousada. Limpeza e atendimento sempre muito gentis e atenciosos. Localização muito perto da praia, e uma caminhada de 10min ao centrinho de Porto de Galinhas

Eu com certeza indico o hotel para quem for a Porto de Galinhas, ficaria hospedado novamente.

Gostamos muito da proximidade da praia. O hotel é muito bonito e os funcionários amigáveis (principalmente o Sandro. Extremamente gentil, educado e prestativo).

Café da manhã poderia ter sido mais diverso.

Bonitinha, mas não volto mais.

A Pousada é super bonitinha, toda arrumadinha, bem localizada e os funcionários são todos muito educados. O problema lá é o tanto de gatos.

A Pousada fede. Tem gatos por toda a parte, na área da piscina, nas cadeiras, nas mesas, bancadas, na calçada em frente a pousada. Estão por toda parte. Acho que isso deveria ser alertado ao hóspede antes de se efetuar a reserva. Daria ao hospéde o direito de decidir se gostaria de se hospedar nestas condições ou não. Há pessoas que gostam muito de gatos e não se importam com as questões acima. Mas há pessoas que além de não gostar, têm alergia, rinite, com é o meu caso. Se eu soubesse disso não teria me hospedado lá.

Café bem agradável, serve bem. Só precisa ser um pouco mais rápido na reposição, no resto tranquilo. Funcionários bem preparados e educados para receber qualquer turista nacional ou internacional.

Só o lençol de cama ser a opção mais grossa para aguentar o frio do ar condicionado.

Pousada charmosa, muito bem montada e proximo a um lugar magnifico de porto de galinhas.

Localização muito boa, próxima a um bom ponto da praia e de facil acesso. Lugar tranquilo e bonito.

A pousada poderia ter mais informações sobre translado e passeios, contatos com empresas de turismo.

A Pousada tem uma área de jardim/piscina gostosa para passar o começo da manhã/final da tarde, os funcionários são atenciosos, o café da manhã é bom. Gostei também da segurança, eles fornecem uma pulseira para ter acesso a pousada

O quarto é pequeno, o colchão não é firme e tem uns gatos circulando pela pousada.

Perfeito para descansar.

Café da manhã é excelente, o atendimento muito bom todos bem educados. A localização para a praia é muito perto. Da para ir andando para o centro de Porto e é bem seguro. Lugar perfeito para descansar e relaxar.

Tinha uns hospedes que estavam passando do limite no barulho e no consumo de bebidas alcoólicas. Não tivemos sorte de se hospedar no mesmo dia desse grupo.

Estadia boa, porém poderia melhorar em alguns pontos para um melhor custo-beneficio.

Perto do centro e com bom café da manhã. Boa manutenção das áreas comuns e piscina.

Precisa melhorar na limpeza dos quartos. Muito barulho dos funcionários nos corredores antes das 8h da manhã, todos os dias. Ficamos um dia sem sinal de TV e sem água por algumas horas, mas foi resolvido.

Disappointing Stay

Overall the staff was very nice except for an extremely unhappy breakfast attendant who patrolled the breakfast area with a scowl and terrible attitude and couldn't put down her cell phone to keep up with requests from guests. However, the rest of the staff was very nice. The location is great - very close to the beach.

The hotel is very run down and dirty. Our first room was not clean at all and we had to wash our feet to get into bed if we got out of bed for any reason. The balcony door would not close properly and let mosquitos would get in very easily. Room number two smelled like mold and mildew and the air conditioner would not cool the room. The shower had no hot water and the hotel staff refused to look into the shower issues. Ultimately we felt like the hotel ownership or management is aware of the problems there but do nothing it as all the issues are controllable - cleanliness and maintenance issues.

A wonderful and worthwhile place to stay

I really appreciated the hospitality, the staff was really kind and the location is wonderful, close to the city center and the beach... All the experience was incredible, the beach was amazing of course I must to confess that the weather helped a lot. When it's sunny you can you can really appreciated all the beauty of the beach.

During breakfast, I couldn't find the name of the food, so it made it a little difficult to choose. It's not something I didn't like but it can be a improvement. And another point I like to highlight is the room could have more wall plugs.

Small boutique hotel with easy access to the beach and the main tourist area.

Hotel breakfast was excellent, location was a two minute walk to the beach and they had a nice pool with a bar.

Our room had a couple of issues. At first there was no electricity as they were fixing something. The toilet seat was broken and had to be replaced and then there was no hot water because they were fixing something else. If everything was working it would have been a fine room.

disappointing facilities but good location

centrally located in Porto de Galinhas, literally steps away from the beach (1 min walking distance) and close to the public transportation, very nice courtyard- with palm trees, a swimming pool with shower and some nice cats laying around, decent breakfast but nothing too extraordinary

Extremely disappointing given that we paid around 120EUR/2 nights (similar to European capitals prices), the room was incredibly small (we only had one suitcase and still found it difficult to place it), the room was very worn out, sheets with small stains on them, just a bit of hot water that we used after the beach and when we tried to shower after going out there was no more hot water, the fridge was disgusting and dirty and there was a lot(!!) of water leaking from it - and it was placed near the bed, the sink was in the room next to the bed, separated from the rest of the toilet, a bit worn out toilet and toilet seat, no shower gel, the pool was nice but the water had a bad smell, either of stale water, dead leaves or even faeces (still no idea what), rather decent breakfast but nothing too extraordinary, shabby wi-fi in the room.
