The first floor apartment was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I do at home, and the owner was friendly, east to reach, and attentive. A great property and experience!

This first floor apartment was Impeccably clean upon arrival, tastefully appointed and well-stocked with all the necessities one could need until getting to a grocery store. This was one of the nicest rentals Ive ever stayed in. The owner was was easy to reach when I had questions and he was very helpful. This is a beautiful neighborhood c reflective of the lovely city of Erie. It's just a few blocs from the Bayfront highway and 15 minutes from the entrance to Presquile State park. When I return to eerie I will always try to stay here.

The property isn't Carlton status, but it's comfortable and well worth the price. The owner is great, and I intend to be back next year.

The apartment was nice, clean and the manager was helpful with our one issue. The issue we had was the first night, the tenants upstairs had a party that lasted till 1:00 am when I called the manager to complain. The manager did resolve the issue and by 1:40 am we were finally able to get sleep. Other than that our stay was good.

The house was so charming and the price and location was fabulous. I was in town for my mom's funeral and the space etc was a blessing. The only thing was that the bathroom had mold that 8 cleaned around the tub.window shelf, and under window. Thanks

It was a really nice place and located in the middle of everything. I had very quick access to the creeks I wanted to fish. I will be staying here again if it's available.

This place was like stepping back in time. A very beautiful, historic home situated in a quiet side street with trees in the middle of the street ( I thought this was pretty unusual and appreciated the view of oak and maple trees from the porch.) The bedrooms were large and quiet. Perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was close to everything , so many trips to Presque Isle State Park and Grasshopper were taken. Everything was beautiful and well maintained , it made for a memorable stay for my birthday. I recommend this property. You won't be let down.

We found this property to be an exceptional value as we stayed with our son, his wife, and their children (5 and 7). The kids enjoyed the toys and games there during our downtimes at the house and the waffles in the freezer. We loved the proximity to Presque Isle and the Arboretum. We enjoyed walking to the Arboretum from the house. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer to see more of what Erie has to offer. We will be back someday!

Excellent deal, beautiful location, and easy check in and check out. This home is gorgeous, and rich with historical charm. You couldn’t ask for a better property when experiencing the beauty of Erie PA. This is the second time we have stayed here and we look foreword to staying here every time we visit Erie! Great place. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. All the beds are comfortable. Place is nicely decorated and clean. Nice amount of space to relax. Highly recommend!

Our stay was 15 days, and it was a great rate for a lengthy stay. Communications with the property manager both before and after was easy and pleasant. The Info Book contained all necessary information!PARKING: A new cement parking pad by the door (not shown on google map BTW) was convenient and easy. Side by side parking with upstairs people was roomy/wide.SAFETY and SECURITY: Liked the auto porch lighting and keypad entry. This is a quiet, emerging neighborhood, and seemed very safe for my daughter (middle age) and I (older!) as we came and went even very late at night.LAUNDRY: was in the basement but clean and no issues with sharing with the upstairs folks. LINENS: bed linens were of good quality(always a pleasant surprise) and bath linens were white and plentiful. FURNITURE was enough but not too much! Not crowded! Lighting was fine except over the sink. (sorry, picky). CLOSETS provided plenty of storage. The vestibule was great, had a shoe rack, a coat rack and room for extras.There were trash cans in most rooms and they were clean and bags were provided.BEDS: I found the queen bed more comfortable than the king, but that could be personal preference. We used all three bedrooms. FURNITURE in LR was comfy, but the recliner could use an adjustment. TV offered local stations and we used our HULU and Netflix easily.WIFI: was GREAT! My daughter was working during our trip and it worked beautifully for her, even with lots of meetings.DINING ROOM was spacious and well furnished.BATHROOM was clean, had good storage for an older home and shower was good. KITCHEN: Good: There was storage for your own stuff, and excellent dishes, glassware, utensils, knives. Toaster and coffee maker were simple but very clean (coffee filters were provided-thanks). Smaller pans, skillets were good. If you plan to fully cook all meals, this is not the stove for you. We didn't plan to but I was able to make a simple pasta dish and bacon and eggs! Didn't use the dishwasher--but it looked new!Refrigerator/Freezer was great and sink and counter tops were clean and typically sized for an older home. The wood floors and other floors and woodwork were in good shape. AND Pineapple Eddie's down the street had great food! (and curbside pick up)Great stay!

Overall good stay , only gripe I had was the kitchens need new ranges, the oven and cooktops were outdated and inefficient . Gas or newer ranges would have made a big difference. Generally at Fish Camp we try and keep expenses to minimum and bigest expense is eating out.

This was an ideal place for our family to stay while visiting Erie for the holidays. Our small child had their own room, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. Check in/out was easy and very simple to contact owner.

Cute house in a great location. The interior is well maintained with modern updates. The property manager was easy to communicate with. There were games in the kids room and several pieces if fresh fruit on the dining room table for us. We will definitely be returning in the future!
