The location was good
1. The flooring in the room at the entrance was ripped and the metal panels were dangerously standing out. We had to report that to the manager at reception and were promised someone would take care of that- did not happen during our stay.
2. Reception was not manned at all times between 8am - 5 pm and needed a couple of visits to find someone to help, even the phone number was not answered at 8:30 am.
3. We were charged for a boxed breakfast and not informed about the cost… our card was directly charged.

A good quality spacious apartment that is located in close proximity to lake Wendouree. The apartment had all basic kitchen amenities together with a good selection of coffee and tea facilities.

A really lovely Inn. Very welcoming and comfortable. Close to everything and a lovely short walk to the lake. Rooms are large and really lovely. Very clean and everything we needed. Nice and quiet at night.

Very spacious room with a modern and clean bathroom facilities. The provision of in room utilities was also very good and a great location / view. Ample free parking.

Huge room with kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. Very clean bed’s comfortable, thick towels and super quiet. Staff were really helpful and friendly. will stay here again!

issue with broken toilet that i am being charged for.
stayed in a disabled room, toilet moved and leaked water, leaned forward while sitting on the toilet and the toilet fell forward and landed on the floor, breaking the toilet bowl and leaving me on my hands and knees on the floor.

It was a great location not far from the city centre yet was very quiet considering the amount of traffic going past. Very friendly staff that were willing to help when needed.
It was only a one-night stay and I would have liked to stay longer.

The room was a fabulous size, clean and comfortable.
Booked here because it had an attached "restaurant". We were seated in the bar area for our restaurant dinner. We were shocked to see the bar staff turn a blind eye to a local man clearly vaping in the room. (He hugged the waitress and shook hands with bar staff when he left).

My room didn’t have a smart tv and there was no bubble bath in the spa room!

size of the room and bathroom, location
no one on reception until 2pm and not clear at first what to do if you arrive early. the birds chirping outside the door were very noisy from very early.
