Good

Stay was fine, though not exceptional. The man who runs this place is very kind. The houses' interior is slightly dated. There are soms bars across the road and a store, besides that there's not too much nearby. I think it might have been too quiet for us, but this would be great if you just want to relax.

It’s a good stay and a great location. It just needs a few things upgraded to be paying your moneys worth.

Staff are great the pool is also quiet nice. It’s a great location.

Amenities and rooms are still the same after 6 years.

A good place to stay with a family.

Since we travelled with a 1yo, we liked the little jacuzzi pool that offered shade during high noon. The staff was also super nice and helpful. 7-11, Family Mart and ATM were just across the street.

place is great, people are great and friendly. i recommend this hotel.

great place, great staff, many good places to eat and to have fun.

crossing the road there is a bar. people there are ignoring all rules to diminish the music after 23-00. also, flushing system in both bathrooms didn’t work properly.

Very good

The staff are very friendly. Organized motor bike at good price, delivered and picked up when finished. Rooms good size and clean. Shop and bars across the road. Need transport to beach eg. Motor bike.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phuket Riviera Villas and we will definitely be back!

We arrived very late at night but there were absolutely no problems with the check in. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Very nice room with a separate large bedroom. There’s even a backyard, where it is very nice to have coffee in the morning. There are all the necessary utensils and even frying pans for those who prefer to cook for themselves. We came with our dog and were very pleasantly surprised that we weren't charged extra for it or even a deposit

There are millipedes in the backyard and in the bathroom but it’s not a big deal

a short comfortable stay

we only stayed one night for the SHA requirement. The staff were helpful and efficient. There was a lovely little restaurant called nitty that was perfect for once our pcr tests were back also had a nice pool

Doesnt recommend to couples who want to relax

1. Good location 2. Very nice staff

1. Pool is in the middle of the hotel so our room was noisy when someone was in it (even at midnights) 2. We were on groundfloor and clearly heard almost everything from 1st floor

Possibly suits families but we did not find it a good choice for a couple.

Spacious room with good parking. Good kitchen facilities. Pool and bbq facilities in a pleasant area.

Poor maintenance in rooms. Missing pieces on vertical blinds on our window meant no privacy. There appeared no overnight on- site management. Villas are built around the pool but dreaming children allowed to play in pool well past the stipulated hours at night. We had a ground floor room and had quite a bit of noise from the room above.

Sai Yuan hotel

Hotel is in Sai Yuan near shops and bars and restaurants. Ground floor room next to pool. Parking onsite but may be limited if hotel busy. Big room. Discounted rate but not as deeply discounted as some.
