Beautiful hotel,

the rooms are big and very clean and beautifully decorated, with lots of lovely 'extras' like fresh milk in the fridge. We ate in the bar area because we took our dog, and it was lovely and quiet (thursday night) with an open fire. The staff are all amazing, lots of very friendly and attentive younger staff, nothing too much trouble and everything done with a smile and a little chat! Special mention to the lovely maintenance man who took our dog for a stroll while we had breakfast!

Lovely spacious room with a great view of open countryside. Comfortable bed and superb amenities.

A little overpriced and they took a £50 holding charge which was not refunded until 2 days after checkout

I could not fault the hotel at all. Wonderful hotel, staff excellent, food absolutely amazing. Wanted to stay longer so I could eat my way through the menu.

Would recommend for anybody wanting that special place to spend a weekend

I stayed at peak edge for my brothers wedding , The hotel experience from start to finish was amazing , staff were excellent the food was very good .we were upgraded to suite which was beautiful .The wedding went perfectly ,Overall a fantastic day

Out second visit and will be definitely staying at the Peak Edge Hotel again

Generally very good in all respects. Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent.

Our bathroom did not have enough illumination.

Some improvement required

nice location and newly built

I was fairly positive and gave constructive feedback at the request of the hotel. As they haven’t responded in over a month I feel a bit let down. I spent a lot of money and if they are keen on improving what is a nice place then take the time to respond to my issues. The mark of good customer service is not the fault at the time. it is how you deal with it. I hope they make the effort for your stay whoever you may be!

this was a beautiful place, in a stunning location. the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. the rooms are wonderful, comfy and luxurious and very clean. it was such a restful place.

Delightful

One of the best breakfasts (included) I've ever had. Good quality ingredients and plenty of options. The hotel is so christmassy. The perfect christmas getaway. Cosy with plenty of fires going. I would opt to stay here in winter to see it at its best.

The TV was not a smart TV which was a shame. Also the WIFI not great. Also this is by no means necessarily a negative, but there was no TV in the bar area showing the world cup, so it's not a place to come and watch sport. Just so you know! This could easily be a positive to 90% of the people who read this of course.

The break was to celebrate my 80th birthday and was a real success.

The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. Both the breakfast and the evening meals were well prepared, tasty and served to us with a smile!!!! I would certainly recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The only negative during our stay was the weather which nobody could change. As a result we were unable to enjoy the grounds to their full potential. Perhaps another visit in the summer would be an idea.

Good

Friendly staff. Nice room. Great breakfast.

Very very expensive for what it was. Not sure it was great value for money. We also ate at the restaurant which was tasty but very very expensive and small portions.
